This agency has been my go-to place for filling taxes. They’re very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. No need to wait if you’re making appointment ahead of time and it’s a plus sign that they also have other services that attached below. Highly recommended for everyone.

The experience is absolutely incredible! I have been working with them since 2019 and they have much knowledge of Obamacare and Tax. Also they are trustworthy of protecting your information since other companies don’t really care about this important thing. Must to go place for tax and insurance !

This office is very modern...there's 3-4 staffs there. They do offer a lot of services besides health insurance and tax. I have great experience with Ngan, she helped me with my Medi-Cal application. Absolutely careful and friendly. Shout Out to First Source ?

Been going to this place for years to have my taxes done. My mom also utilizes their other insurance services as well. They're always doing everything in a timely manner (so quick!). Vincent Duy Phan has been helping myself and my mom - he is so knowledgeable, professional, and always ready with answers whenever you have any questions! I would also like to mention that Vincent (and the rest of the team at this office) is great with communicating and walking you through every step of the way. Definitely recommend going here with any insurance/taxes needs. :)

This is probably my family favorite health insurance and tax filing place. This office explain to us very clear about the health insurance tiers and deductibles and how to get the plan we want by changing our income. Which is incredible! The staffs are highly efficient and knowledgable. Their tax filing fee Is much better than the other offices. Looking forward working with them for many years ahead!!!

They're always polite, respectful, resourceful, & most importantly patient when it comes to taking care of their clients' insurance needs. Last year, I just moved here from Maryland & was new to California. I came in for a personal health insurance inquiry. Nhi was the one who helped me. With much knowledge & understandings, she made the whole process of signing up for ins. look so easy. She sent me home with a smile. This year, I came in on a Sunday with a question of a certain change in my health insurance. I was greeted & helped by Vy. She patiently & kindly searched, explained & signed me up w/ the best ins. options avail. I was once again going home a happy client. I've been in many offices of ins. agency, & none was anywhere close the level of professionalism posessed by these friendly & knowledgeable staffs at First Source. I highly recommend this business.
