All I can say is "WOW"! I was introduced to Nike Shelton-Padilla through my brother. He told me what a reliable Banker she was, and he was sure she could help me with a PPP loan for my business. Nike was excellent at helping me fill out all the papers online, and has been in constant communication with me regarding the process of my loan. Thanks to Nike attending to details, my loan was approved and my Beverly Hills Salon will not be saddled with exorbitant debt. I'm very impressed with not only Nike's professionalism but the obvious care First Bank gives to its clients! Thank you Nike!

First Bank Westminster ,.. First of ALL is the best and most personable bank I've ever been to. With Covid-19 disaster hitting all of businesses financially. This bank First Bank in Westminster and the branch Manager Nike' K. Shelton-Padilla took a special interest in myself and my business to help me fill out and apply for PPP loan. Because of this special interest, I maybe able to reopen when this pandemic is over. While I was at the bank I over heard a bank co-worker call countless bank members to find out how they are during the Covid-19 and if they needed anything !!! Did your bank do this? My "other BIG bank" didn't! They did nothing at all and didn't even want to talk to me! I'm a First Bank of Westminster FAN! They also offer walk up and drive up banking for you protection and convenience. If your looking for a new bank look no further. This bank and the bank manager Nike' K. Shelton-Padilla will take a special interest in you and your banking needs.

I have been a member of First Bank for over ten years (maybe 13 -15, I don't remember.) I first met Nike at the Yorba Linda branch years ago. She is now here at the Westminster Branch. Nike worked tirelessly to help us (and I know several others), get our PPP (sba "loan.") I know other business-owner friends that struggled to get (or never got!)... their loan from the larger, big brand banks. We've always loved the "small bank feel", and first name customer service, but clearly they can deliver like the "big banks" too. Thank you Nike, and First Bank, for coming through for us.

I have been with this bank for years they are truly a bank that provides personal attention to their customers. Something that has been lost with the big chain banks. I will never change as to me that is truly price less in this day and age. Elvira Campbell
