I always love coming here when i'm in the area because most likely I will find something and of course I did. I found a few clothing items and I left to go check out another store. During that time i realized that I already have something similar to what I just bought. So i went back to the store and asked to return it. Unfortunately, if you don't come here often, they only offer store credit. But for me it wasn't a big deal because I know i'd be back in the future. They also use the receipt as proof of credit so just keep that in mind. They can't transfer the credit onto a gift card so i just have to remember that it's in the form of my receipt.

I love going to the store for everything from summer dresses to something nice to wear to something special... Great quality... Great prices... And the ladies that own this place are fantastic..

Cute clothes at an affordable price but never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. I found a lot I liked and went up to one of the workers and asked for a fitting room since everyone was ignoring me (no biggie that part was fine). She counted my items and gave me a room. After trying on for a bit I heard loud loud knocking on the door from another employee she starts screaming that I have too many things and I go oh I am sorry your other employee gave me a room. She then gets irate on how they are on the floor (I was stacking in a neat pile since the hooks were broken in the fitting room) and starts frantically grabbing clothes as I’m still trying on an item. I’m starting to help her and she continues to yell at me and when I go to hang them on the unwanted hanger to help and she continues to yell at me give them here and I am trying to both help and diffuse the situation (I’m a very non confrontational person) and she continues to freak out. I try to take off the clothes I am currently trying on so I can just get out of this nightmare and she just keeps knocking on the dressing room door and yelling. I had a bunch of items I was going to buy but not worth it when I was treated so so awfully (I left the store crying, and embarrassing I will admit).

Look at this sh*t. I walk in 15 min before closing and the lady told me they're closed. Seriously ? Because you're the only one working? Don't post false advertisement / false hours then ! Rude a**

i saw a long V neck top &' the price was $5.99 the others said 7.99. When I asked her why it said 5.99 on that &' if I can purchase it, she snatched it out of my hand &' said that the employees misplaced it &' wasn't scanning. She walked away letting me know what she was going to do. I followed her &' she said she couldn't sell it to me. She was rude as f**** She said her name was hoang.

The worst place to shop over priced on things and if they have deals going and you look at the signs they have them placed where they can get covered from them putting clothes on them when they stocking up on clothes first of all you shouldn’t be blocking the the signs you having a deals how do you want your customers to see it and read the sign right you can’t even give me my money back for you guys mistakes I am not going to return here every again

Not the best place to shop. Over priced on some items...just not worth it. Due to COVID dressing rooms are closed which is INCONVENIENT since sizes run too small or material is too thin. The clothes Looks cute but its hit & miss and the return policy is the worst. I purchased shorts and got a Large thinking they would be ok since they looked smaller than size on tag. They turned out to be too BIG and when wanting to exchange they made a huge deal about taking back the item. Bad service. Also you can't return to other Fashion Boomy's, even though they are sister companies, you can only return to the same store you purchase at. Im giving it a thumbs down. ??

LIARS! then will laugh in your face. Where can I try on? You have 7 days to return. I go and try on and teturn within 15 minutes. Hahaaa. No. Only store credit. I hate LIARS.

Their clothes are super expensive compared to the other stores around that have the same clothes, so I recommend you to check the other stores before this people charged you double
