I am always trying to support small business, so I feel so happy about being the first one who will leave a review! This one will definitely help you to choose Ram! Firstly I wanted to order everything through Staples, but the thing is! They don't do a lot custom details which I really really needed. So I found Everest Print Shop on Yelp I called and Ram was ready to do everything I needed! You have no idea how picky I am on everything. So Ram was the Best at his job! Here is what he did for my shop! All those window stickers, cards and etc! I will definitely use his service whenever I will need it. So highly recommend!!!

This guy smokes like a train right at the door of this business. I nicely asked him to stop smoking and to take it inside or in the back somewhere cause it affects the businesses next door. There is a Mexican restaurant and a dry cleaning service right next door. I was nice about telling him to stop smoking so close, I don't want my dry cleaning stinking of cigarettes. The guy here gave me the middle finger... yelled at me to get out and to not park there anymore. Oh my gosh!!! I mean technically he or anyone should not smoke anywhere near businesses. When I drove off, he kept flipping me the bird with both hands... I don't get how he runs a business.. that guy is a psycho!

Guy needs to learn about customer service. Customer comes in, you don't tell them "I'm busy, come back later" and have 25c color printing sign out front and when I came back later, he said "sorry I don't do that now, banner printing only. Machine broke down." Then why the sign out front???? I guess you're too busy to take it down between being on the phone and machine breaking down. Terrible experience.
