Need to change HOA bank signer's name, called this branch ask what documents do I need in order to process, got the answer " check with your CPA , I can't advise you over the phone" , what daaa, you are the one doing signature change, and you don't advise me what to prepare? Sooooo lousy can't believe it

I have never posted a review for a bank but this branch of East West Bank is great. From the tellers to the loan officers and the managers, all are knowledgeable and service oriented. I recommend it.

If you need to go to East West Bank, please do not come to this branch. This is the worst bank even I have been to, always have new Teller and didn't know anything and very bad service. Also they love to hold your check to 2 to 3 days didn't care how much you deposit.

Don't come here if you're looking for speedy service and polite bankers. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and totally inept. I've tried conducting transactions for my company on two different occasions and was treated with blatant disrespect. If you can avoid this branch, please do. Unless you don't mind bankers treating you like a criminal.

I've been here a few times to make some miscellaneous transactions and can say East West Bank really know what it's doing. The bankers always have provided me with excellent customer service and have fulfilled my needs every time. They also work very fast.
