Please avoid this place all cost. The owner (David) is simply terrible with his work. He doesn't care much about your taxes or refund. Worst yet his staff forgot to include all the W2s that was furnished only to be discovered afterwards and the way he talks is so unprofessional. I now wonder why this place gets the worst reviews possible.

The associate, My Ly, was very unprofessional toward me. She yelled at me for asking her simple tax questions. She was very rude. She even made a mistake on my income tax form and I had to come back. There is no refund if they complete your tax filing for you. I recommend to either avoid this place or at least see David instead.

Related to the owner of the company. This man dined at the restaurant I work at and did not ask my manager before advertising his business cards in our store. When I had moved the business cards to the backroom to investigate the matter further, he storms to the register to yell at me and my coworker for removing his business cards as I am trying to explain to him that he must ask management before advertising in our store. My sister had the worst experience with this company. They were unprofessional & they trashed talk in front of my sister. THEY MESSED UP HER COMAPNY NAME. NOW RESULT IN DELAYING TAX & HAVE TO REPORT TO IRS.
