Made a vaccination appt for my family 3 days in advance, but when we went in for our appt they told us they didn’t have the vaccine to give to us. Didn’t say sorry or anything about not canceling our appts before we came in. It would have been nice to not waste our time and gas to drive all the way to this CVS for a vaccination that wasn’t going to happen.

Most of the staff do a good job, sometimes there are people who are not enthusiastic enough to help change phone numbers that are no longer in use to get rewards even though they have come to buy many times.
The bonus time was too short and before I could buy it, it was cancelled..

The worst customer service I’ve had ever got in a pharmacy, I had to switch pharmacy since I moved and decided to get this one is a little closer to my home big mistake I had to wait for an hour for my meds and still they didn’t have all my prescription ready. I had questions and didn’t get an answer and they were really RUDE.!!

Honestly, it was the worst experience ever, I had to switch because my Rite Aid closed down near me. I immediately had to switch to another pharmacy.
I waited in line for my prescription for 20 minutes (which is fine, but don't tell me it's ready when it's not) . Once I arrived, the lady said it's not ready. I would come back in 10 minutes and mention I would not have to wait in line. I returned to pick up my order. This male Vietnamese pharmacist tech was extremely rude to me and scolded to me to wait in line. Even though I was calm and said I was told I did not have to wait in line. It took the main pharmacist to tell him to serve me because I had waited my turn already. He ignores me and serves two more people. When I said it was my turn, this elder man customer did not move in order for me to be near the counter nor gave me space to speak to the pharmacist at a comfortable distance. Mind you in a pharmacy. We may share sensitive information health wise, etc. It was extremely uncomfortable, and the male pharmacist tech was speaking to him in Vietnamese. I understood a few words. It was not kind toward me. Very unprofessional overall. Will not return to switch to another place. If I were you, I would, too.

Rudest pharmacy staffs. My mom came to get a flu vaccine. The technician that attended my mom was extremely unprofessional when talking to my mom in Vietnamese. Instead of helping my mom filling out the immunization form, the technician scolded my mom for not being able to complete it. Not only that specific technician, the other one did the same thing.They think they are entitled to be superior to elderly and people who cannot speakEnglish. They live in the community where they can speak their tongue. Instead of using it to help, they talked and acted rudely towards to people who need to be taken care of with their health issues. What kind of healthcare is this? This is not what CVS corp. carries out to provide the service to the customers. I hope one day, those technicians will be the ones who will ask for help with something that they are incapable of.

I asked 2 ladies staffs where the eyes make up remover were. The said that they didn’t make up so they didn’t know. I think they should know more in serving customers.

I had positive experience when picking up my prescription here. The staff was fast and friendly. I read negative reviews on here and agree they dont have a lot of stuff like the normal CVS and it doesnt smell as nice. I think it has to do with homeless being there. I saw 1 and he walked around in the front and then got into the store. About the homeless issue, people need to understand for the staff, they cant do anything about that. It’s not their responsibilities. I feel bad that they have to deal with this issue, probably everyday at work.

This particular location is run down and grimey. Plus alot of stuff is out of stock. The staff and customer service is also odd. I went up to the counter and the clerk was lurking on his phone. He looked annoyed when I wanted help. He was just odd. I would never come to this location again.

Very bad pharmacist i went to pick up medication for my baby 21 months abd pharmacist said we dont't have this medicine i ask her ti call the provider to get alternative but she is ignoring me and stay way she is not answering , not busy but just refusing to reply for the provider phone she is not considering the baby pain and want the medication
