“I found Sean on Yelp when I was in Costa Mesa, trying to just sell my laptop for parts. I previously (about a year prior to finding Sean) took my laptop to some guys in Huntington Beach. They told me there was nothing they could do for me to fix the laptop, unless I purchased a whole new motherboard. Wrong. Sean was amazing! He told me he could fix my laptop and did it faster than I could have ever expected!! Sean reached out, was very kind, communicative and even patient with me. I highly recommend Sean! He is amazing, trustworthy person to work with!”

Let me tell you guys that this camera that I was looking for is SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE and it has also been backordered for about a year, not only did they have the camera, but they recommended an even better one which made an amazing gift. “I've been going to this place ever since their Haster location. I don't remember how I found them, probably on Yelp, but I'm glad I did. This place has really good deals on everything. I dont want to mention prices since that can fluctuate and I care about this place enough not to bring customers that go there quoting the prices on my review, but just know that you will not find a better deal. Maybe through private sellers...maybe. Staff have always been helpful. The computers and laptops are "beefed up" or anything but they work and come with more than enough memory to do what you need, with the exception of Gaming and Video editing. But at the same time, I'm sure they have what you'll need if that's what you need. Great Job guys. love the new location”

“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”

“We had family coming in for the holidays and were short on beds so i walked in to Rent-A-Center and asked about bunk beds. Edith was outstanding in her customer service throughout the transaction process to delivery as well as pick up. Upon delivery they had bought a new set of bunk beds and assembled right there in our home. At pick up they were courteous and efficient and offered to vacuum before they left. Overall and great transaction with exceptional customer service.”

“Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it here to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me.They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process.As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.”

Straight shooter too.( talked me out oF leaving the company by getting every one to help go live sooner. Now as for Gary rash, that man is a good at what he does. He’s the company’s go to tech in my opinion. There hasn’t been a single problem he hasn’t been able to fix. He doesn’t just fix the problem though he teaches you how to fix deal it with your self for next time. Not to mention he helps with thing that aren’t even his problem or job. My whole system went down because our the internet switched from dynamic to static IP. He single handle fixed my whole system. Gary and Zack thank you for going above and beyond for my company.”
