Clean. Hardly ever any problems with the washing/drying machines nor the coin machine. Pretty well maintained. Plenty of carts to use. Usually always staffed during the daytime.1st and 3rd Wednesdays there is street sweeping. Staff always reminds you so you don't get a ticket.

Clean and the people who run it are on it! I leave my clothes there while they wash and dry and never has anyone stole my clothes. Can't say that about most other laundry mats. U can park right by the door practically.
