Came in tonight 2/17/24 @10:40 pm for a hot coffee for a 8 hr drive and This night cashier guy was rushing me and clapping his hands to hurry up because I had to run back for a snickers and there was another person behind me. Well sorry guy, my app said it was a free snickers with coffee sooo I’m getting my snack on! One day he’s gonna do that to the wrong person and well ni modo!

Have been here before but today great customer service. 7pm attendant fantastic scene of humor, Chevron keep this employee don't loose him, he is great for your station.

4 stars for convenience sake, I live right around the corner been a patron here for over 10 years. Honestly my only complaint is that icee machine is ALWAYS BROKEN! went in a couple of weeks ago and to my surprise they upgraded the icee machine and it was working. However, went last week for quick stop and the icee machine was out of order, boo! The staff here, Samia and others are super nice & pleasant... One employee did growl at me for pouring small amount of icee into a cup but I didn't purchase because it was too watery, i told him it wasn't working he said why did you pour it I said well how am I supposed to know it if doesn't work otherwise , he Said it works you're the only one complaining I said well here you go then you drink it because it's just watery cherry syrup , quite rude.

Just here and leaving, needed to gas up and worker there at 5:35 won't let me gas up when I gave him a $100 bill for $20 of gas. Never happened before, he tells me directly "I won't have change for you if you only gas up $20"? I was astonished, I said "really"? I only needed to gas up $20 worth for my Honda CRV, so basically he wanted me to spend more, even if my vehicle didn't require it? And he specifically said, "you're only spending $20". Excuse me Sir, there were several cars gassing up prior and, at the same time as I was with cash, since they were also going into the Chevron building, while it was raining. You had the change to give me, you just discriminated me, based on what was spent there and made a judgement on what amount of money was worth providing service to me. The Credit Card customers didn't need to do that, they did their transactions at the gas pump itself. However, "this Employee" working here at 5:35pm Saturday 2/25/23 on Beach and McFadden that hour, provided SNOBBY service, requiring "more money" despite my having the cash to pay. Additionally, I had 2 teens and 2 little kids in the car waiting for me to gas up in this rain. Despicable service. I usually give positive and factual reviews, this was the worst service I encountered.

I've been going to this store for 4 years because of neighborhood walking. It used to be my favorite place until something weird with one old man employer lose his mind when he saw my face. Let me explain about who I am; and my misunderstanding with this world being deaf growing up is scary to live in when I don't understand when someone get angry and try to call the police. ( I'm a single deaf mother, and please excuse my English as my 2nd language ha) I was so confused and worried, if I did something wrong, and he said my card was declined last time . But, I remembered I always asked him "is it good to go?" Waiting for my card to say approve for him to give me a thumb up. He did give me a thumb up; I left with 3 drinks and walked home, happily. Then, I came back a week later to use the ATM machine in emergency, and the same dude that gave me thumb up that my card was approve for buying drinks; He loses his mind and screaming, scaring the s out of me, I thought he would gonna punch my face. I was so confused and scared because he won't explain what happening, and I told him what did I do wrong? He won't even communcate with me cause I told him if it's my card, and he said yes!!!! Leave!!!!!!!!!!! Picking the phone up, calling the police!!!!I was like dude, I have cash to give you money for my apology-Anwyays, I've been really tights with all the employers, with respects equality and for all. But lately; one of employer went insane on me when I enter in the store, I was so Clueless, cause I barely walk in the store, to use the ATM machine to withdraw cash. I'm so sorry I'm so emotional typing this, cause I came back every time to check if it's different workers, but then again today I accidently walked into him, he, once again, picking the phone calling police, while I try to write the paper down to solve the problem with him to end the misunderstanding issue that I always go through growing up, and it's breaking my Heart that he refuse to communicate with me in my own language and disrespect me. He have no rights to hurt my feeling and calling police for being deaf and confused, when it's his fault. He should be fired. He have no manner to deal with issue or problems. I never steals anything, and I try to give him cash whatever it's cost for him to allow me to steal it for the "thumb up" and tricked me. I will film next time to show how disgusting is his behavior toward to deaf single mom with a child. He scared my daughter as well the way his body is so close to my face, I was so scared and ran away from the manic worker. I can't call police or anything, but that's the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. Most worker understands me, but this old man is stubborn and discrimination on me cauee he doesn't want to deal with my deafness and insult me with his calling polices. I won't stop going there til he accept my cash for my apologies, and I will expose this man behavior soon by film for no rights to call police on me for no reason for walking in. He is playing game with my life to trick me. I won't stop til he get fired

06/23/2022 10:35am. I went here to get a drink because I was riding my bike and love the promotion they have ($.53 soda). I love Chevron untile today.. As I walked up the register I realized I forgot my wallet.I said to the employee working at the register that I forgot my wallet I'm sorry. I have to go home and get it. She then said that I always do this in a tone of voice you would never talk to a customer in. I said I've never meet you before and she continued her rant and proceeded to take a picture of me. At this time I got upset.We're talking $.53 and your about to lose a customer for life. This lady was so rude and obviously has done this to others at this location. Later to find out this employee is as Manager!!! I cannot believe it. Her employees see how she acts and I guarantee you the follow suit.I do not expect 5 star service at a gas station but treat your customers with a little respect.. And keep your, "you always do this" Comments to yourself. Take a picture of I steal something. That will make your customer more upset.

Card machine wasn't working as often is the case. So gave $5 cash to get gas. Got .8 gallons which should get me 15 miles but my range said 11 miles both before and after. So got zero gas. I've suspected their machines short on gas for a while. Now I have proof. Don't go here. The attendant literally laughed the rip off, off

So I wanted something to drink so I went in got a fountain Drink, sign says $1.75 so I give the casher a $20 and she says it's 87 cents and I said a $20 is all I got so she rolled her eyes cuz she had give me change and she gave almost all doller coins, so I go outside start drinking my drink and the Coke Zero was flat so I went back in and ask to change it so I did and I got Diet Coke and it was flat too so I trashed the cup and left, never going back there again

Gentlemen at counter was courteous let me use the restroom. In there 3 min and when I exit female worker gave comment I took to long very unprofessional would never come here again
