The employees here at this branch name Helen is lack of professionalism, lied and dis-honest to client. Do not let her fool you by saying she will help you this and that. She will not full-fill it. She was initiate called you and offered to help!!! but simply will not fulfill what she promised. So dishonest and she treated customers below standards of service. The worst! I feel sorry for the big bank that decided to hire her to serve customers because she does not do her job well. So bad!!!!

The staff here are usually excellent. Yet, today Jenifer, the supervisor went out for lunch at 11AM when there were a lot of customers were waiting for services. There were only 2 employees working in their cubicles. Terrible!

Today they refused a deposit of several thousand dollars because they refused to hand count bills that had a little adhesive on it. Branch manager declined when we were trying to deposit over $30000 worth of cash and checks. They insisted we straighten out the bills. Like your a bank isn't it your job to store money. When we go back to Texas we are closing down our private client account.

The front lady who greeted you and control the meetings with banker was the worse person. Id rather have a robot greet me and provide the service. No wonder people are being replaced by automation and AI they would we've customers much more professional and respect. Worse Chase branch

The worst Chase branch I've ever been to. I told my dad to visit this location cause I believe some Vietnamese staff could assist him. Unfortunately, they were very disrespectful.

If I can give no star I would. I was here to withdraw money from the atm.. it keeps on denying it even though I approved the security purposes in my end. The lady greeter did not even try to help just told me to fall in line. What's the convenient of having an atm if you can't even use it. The people at the cubicle doesn't even care they don't try to help they just stare at they're screen and ignore the people that needs help.

I applied for a credit card almost a month ago now. Two weeks in and the card still hadn't arrived, so I went to this branch to see what was going on. The the stupid helper chick in the front stated "when you applied, your card was never mailed out," so she sent out a new one with a new number. I was fine with that no problem, but then tell my why my original card with the original number comes a few days after my visit.. now I'm cardless and it's been almost a month since I was approved. Stupid fucks
