Went to pick up my phone my son had taken down there. I had my drivers license in my hand and the the person behind the computer had the worst attitude I ever had experience in the life. He insisted on talking over me as I tried to explain to him I'm here to pick up my phone. Acted like was a thief. Even commented "we just don't give a phone to anyone that comes in here" . What rude comment to make to anyone especially a customer that has already paid for there services in full by having insurance. They did a good on the phone that is for sure. Unfortunately, I will never ever enter that store again as there many more stores out there.

Great experience! My daughter's iPad charge port stopped working one day before vacation and Tony fixed it same day. I definitely recommend this place.

These guys are phenomenal. I got quotes from competitors and they were sky high. This guy fixed both my iPhone and Samsung Galaxy tablet for $100. The best part is he said if I can't fix it I won't charge you. None of the other cell phone repair companies offered that. Fantastic place to take your repair

The employee who helped me (didn't get the name unfortunately) was very helpful. He got to the point and helped me chose the best option. He pointed out how much fixing a broken screen (about $150 for a 5 years old phone) would cost versus just getting a brand new phone, which would have cost only $50 more. This really showed me that they really do want what is best for the customer because he could have just fixed it and kept the money since they did not currently have phones to sell at the moment. Honestly I didn't even spend money during my visit but they are going to be the first people I go to when I need something electronic fixed from now on.

This man here is simply the most efficient and kind human being you'll ever meet. This is my third time going to him and he straight hooked me up without even taking a dollar to change out a quick gorilla glass on my phone. His reason was, "it's because it was quick and easy and plus I get to finally see you again." Legend. You have a customer for life my friend.

Was in earlier today needed to change my battery the man behind the counter was very nice, "didn't get his name" told me come back in 45min. I came back the phone was done. But have a little problem with turning off phone. He helped me. N I asked how much more n he say no charge. Man is VERY honest n nice. Thank you for the service

Super super super helpful. I came in super desperate for a phone screen repair, and they did it for an honest price of $120 with a 3-month warranty. I had to come back twice due to faulty screens, but they were happy to exchange it every time for no extra cost or hassles. Amazing service.
