Never been declined to set up a bank account or any account for that matter. After going through their disfunctional website with a disfunctional PDF, I can't say that I think they would provide me a sense of internet security anways. So yeah, thanks for Declining me.

Dont waste your time to do loan here It s just waste your time and delay you to buy your home. I provided them documents and they keep asking same stuff over and over. Not only my personal stuff information escrow company had same problem that they provided them all documents and they asked same things 2 to 3 x . I dont know any one had any bad experiences like me but they so annoying. Every time they have a different loan officer or under writer works on my file. They said they had all my documents that they needed so they send under writer to review then new under writer asked my old stuff that i provided 2 weeks ago. They said the first loan offer or under writer dont have my information from the first person that i provided. They dont want to communicate each other and keep my stuff they enjoy to bother you I guess. They just acted/ asked like they never did it before. And, i had to drop my case with them. Kelvin and Peter are good people and professional but they re working under the systems no team works i would rate them from Zero to negative.

This review is for branch manager, Jimmy Nguyen, and relationship banker, Theresa Nguyen. They have gone above and beyond to meet my personal banking needs and also of my small business. Jimmy is a phenomenal guy, always responsive, and also knowledgeable in regards to all of my inquiries. I never thought I'd be writing a review about a bank lol, but Jimmy and his team deserve the credit. Major kudos to you guys! Great customer service, courtesy, and professionalism all around. Thank you!

To whom its to concern Thank you Manager Cathay bank, Jimmy is professional., helpful. staff is friendly, well training. *** Only one Teller work at 9121 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683. Her name is Kathy. She is very dangerous. She make a Fake checks by check of Cathay customer , and she wrote Customer drive license ,Date of Birth, account number on fake check. and she auto authorization and cash out Customer money without approval. On 27 Nov 2019, She withdraw $500 my bank account (see attach below) Without my permission . When I found out . I come the bank report fault . She saw me. She try to void her mistakes . She do not say sorry. her act like bossy .She scamp and lie . I don't know . she have a relationship with big boss or not. but the way her act unprofessinal. bad attitude. Finally, Cathay bank security camera found out that I am not the one cash out money . Please operators Manager, investigate and watch out this employee . I wish Cathy Bank are always more Customer and lucky, success

My father had a safe deposit box here shared with his girlfriend, he passed away in January. Knowing that a life insurance policy and his will is still in the box, his girlfriend WILL destroy anything she finds with my name on it. The bank has the death certificate and documents to show I am next of kin but refuses to let me go into box to retrieve documents. Its a shame how the banks out in California dont care about other people property. I just wanted to be there when they do open it so I know the documents will not be destroyed by her and it goes to the courts!!!
