I paid 50 dollars for a basic car wash and they made me stay an extra hour because they didn’t clean it right . Asian lady at front desk very rude .

This place is a rip off. I paid $100 and still had mud and stains on my car. I had to point out three different times. Also the woman stole all the change out of my car. I won’t be coming back.

The owner was astoundingly rude and disrespectful to me like nobody has ever been before. She also quoted me $25 over the phone, but then told me it is $40 once I got there, "because you have a Tesla".

The clay wax car here is ineffective.Waxing did not remove all water stains from the car after it had been waxed. I showed them my car's water stains, and an Asian woman who looked like a boss walked out and said they were part of it.I spent a large amount of money and this is how they work.

Recently I went to this car wash to get an estimate on car detailing, specifically an engine wash and maybe inside/outside wash. Upon arrival there was a middle aged guy wiping a customer's car in front of the office/waiting room entrance. I asked him where can park? He said he doesn't know/understand what I mean (since he was not speaking English well), so I repeated and he said angrily that he doesn't know! So I parked right in front of the office entrance next to the car he's wiping....I went in, got the estimate and went back to my car, headed back to work which was nearby. When I got off my car, I noticed someone has keyed my car, deep and long! I'm certain it was not there before I went to this "car wash"...I just wish I had time to get back there, call the cops and press charges, but my work was more important that day and I was not sure if I can prove it....so my advice to you is, stay away from such places where grumpy employees work there. It could cost you thousands of dollars!

There was a Chinese lady there who acted like a very angry and insistent person, who kept hassling people for very pedy, minor things. She wouldn't let people use the restroom at all, she was speaking down to me at all times.I was polite, but angry inside... No wonder the place had only about 6 customers at it, including myself.

Really great prices and service!!!! Am shocked by other reviews bc this place is really clean and well organized for the prices offered! I paid under $30 for a car wash and my audi came out brand new!!!! Im honestly shocked cus im very picky with car washes and their value, this one checks all the boxes!!!!! I woll def be back next week!!!!!

Today I took my car to this car wash and payed for a basic car wash and tire dressing. When my car was finished it was full of stains and still dripping water from the license plate frame. I pointed this out to the attendant who handed me the car and after grunting about it she tried to clean things up. When I inspected the interior I found that while pulling out the driver's side floor mat, which is fastened to the floor carpet, they ripped out the carpet with it. I tried to complain to the manager who denied that her employees had done this. The quality of workmanship and customer service in this car wash is not worth the $28 they charge for their car wash. The manager, a Korean woman who can't seem to speak English also has terrible communication skills.

I've been here several times and it's close to home. It's been adequate. But this week is definitely the last time. I have a little truck, nothing fancy. Just needed cleaned up hadn't been done in awhile, it's a truck. So I payed for the bigger package. Had run out afterwards to work and a class paid no attention to how job was done . When I came out in the evening I realized I couldn't see out my windows. Completely covered in wax. Both sides inside and out. I literally cannot see out in the dark. Had a napkin and eyeglass cleaner to make a spot to see out. Had to get up earlier to try and get it off for work. Took roll of paper towels and half bottle of windex. Still not off, but I can see out . A car wash should know better .
