“This is the best place in the world. Diego treated me like family. From the very start he was kind, informative, and gave so much guidance on how to deal with repairs and insurance. He fought for me to get the best price. When I brought my car in the first time he promised me it would be all on insurance and nothing would come out of my pocket, and he did exactly that. The repairs made it look like a brand new car and he even used some extra paint to fix some scuffs that weren’t even included in the damage on request and it was no issue. He is so wonderful and patient and knowledgeable. Plus he kept fantastic communication and even if calls got missed he would always follow up with texts. I can’t recommend him enough. “I took my sienna in today to get my windshield replaced and overall my experience with Safelite was great. From the time I got there, I only waited 5 to 10 mins (though I got there before business hours) to check in..I had paid for everything prior (online) so all I had to do was review info they had, hand over my keys and come back when the vehicle was ready. After about an hour and a half, I got a call from Jose who was the technician that worked on my vehicle.
