I had possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a big box store yesterday at the Westminster Best Buy location (that also took me to the Anaheim location where the team was just as helpful). I have.a Geek Squad protection plan on my car stereo. I had no idea what the process was and if it involved being without a stereo in my car for an extended period of time. I had an appt with Tory in the car audio department. I explained the situation and he said he was uncertain of exactly how the claim would work. We went in to the store and a manager explained they could replace the unit but they did not have one in the store. We located one in Anaheim and I went and purchased it there and returned it to Westminster where Tory completed the swap out. In total, I interacted with at least 7 employees at 2 different stores and all of them were both friendly and helpful. Best Buy, whatever you are doing with hiring and training, it’s working! Keep it up. We’ll be back for future purchases.

This should be Worst Buy. I purchased a tv and it was supposed to be delivered today. When I checked the status, it says it will be arriving by 8pm. But when I check the detail, it says it was damaged on the way, so it can't be delivered. I contacted the customer service, and spent 30 minutes to talk 3 different people. Finally I was told that my order is automatically canceled and the refund will be made.
Without any notice, they canceled and tell me to shop again. I wasted two days to order and wait, and need to spend another at least two days to shop again and wait. Worst experience.

The store is well organized and we usually have great service. The staff member was on the phone with another customer when we arrived so we waited. When she finished she asked what we needed which was easy since we knew what we wanted. She found it; completed the transaction and walked away. Customer service is important to me when I visit a retail location. She never said anything like "please", "thank you" , etc. or even smiled. We felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

It's Best Buy, you know what to expect. Sales guy was friendly and helpful. One item was not in stock on floor and they shipped it to us for free.

I just bought a new gas dryer machine, the problem was that why I gave it 2 stars: delivered man conversation “ you need 2 powers lines for installation, u bought only 1 ,; me, customer, can u go get it and I pay. Delivered man : u have to go buy it by yourself, another problem, call a plumber u need to get new valse, me : can u do it I’ll pay, then he said u do it , we don’t Me: you worked for Best Buy how come u keep said no, he said I’m not work for Best Buy I’m a third party hired from best buy. One more problem, for replace a new valse, u need to remove the cabinet ( it’s stand beside the dryer machine) can u guys do that for me. He said no we don’t do that it’s too heavy, I said u guys have 3 men here, u can’t do it I’m the only one woman here how can I do it “. A lot of no for third party delivered men hired from Best Buy , it was just like he worked for money that was all for his job, no human heart here between human and human, and responsibility here for his job, so what i paid the parts for the machine and the installation for and the delivered it? And bought the machine for what when he couldn’t do the installation for me? ( if it’s can’t use) What kind of worker was that? Then some few seconds or 1 minute later I’m not sure, “ he said let’s me put the old pile line back for u and I said is it ok? “ When finished the installation, he said it’s ok now . “ the delivered man hired from Best Buy he was trying to make me confused or headache or what I don’t know? Hired weird delivered men from third party was acting weird like that, Best Buy needs to improve that issue ( problem) if they want more customers coming and old customers come back their shop to buy something.

Very helpful people who work there. Nice, smiling, and everyone keeps asking if they can help you. Which for me is great! And a Clean facility!!!
Update: I bought an item online today, I used curbside pick up, it was ready same day. The guy was very helpful and courteous. I didn't get his name, it was dark outside. I had to go inside to return the item, I bought the wrong size case for my phone. The guy Josh at the counter was also very helpful and informative. Very knowledgeable about cell phones in general and how they work. I was very pleased with how knowledgeable he is.
Thank you to both these guys. Always a pleasure to visit thise store. Keep up the great customer service guys!!!! Excellent!!!!
