“This place was a lifesaver! My friend's car broke down due to overheating. I called in, and a gentleman named Jeff answered quickly to let me know if they had coolant for her Jeep. It was near closing, so I was moving quickly. He answered all of my questions, was knowledgeable about potential issues, and let me know the parts needed. He offered to help me if I needed any further assistance with putting in the part. I did end up needing help, and he stopped by to help me install a temporary fix to the car issue. I am very grateful for his help and that he was able to help get my friend home safely. Thank goodness for people like Jeff and for keeping this man working at O'Reilly's. I am grateful!”

They give you status updates as they are working on your car and also send pictures of them working on it as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid car.”

“I dropped off a set of rotors Monday night to get turned Tuesday. They n Tuesday the brake guy was sick. Tuesday afternoon I called the store and the employee said that the manager was already involved and they were going to take care of me. Wednesday I found out that George the Store Manager did them himself because his employee was sick again. Thank you George and team for getting me back on the road when Challenges pop-up! “My bmw was due for oil change service but I was getting an alert that I needed to put in a quart of oil asap. It was Friday night and I was near o'reillys so decided to stop. Sergio was so helpful, he looked up the exact oil my car needed and he even put it in my car for me because I had no idea what to do. My car had smoke coming out of the hole you put oil in so I was very grateful I came in and that he helped me. I could have done some serious damage to my car. Needless to say I brought it in for the oil change a few days after. Thank you Sergio for your help!”

“Thankfully this auto parts store is open later than most others. The o Reilly that's closer to my house closes 2 hours before this location. I was in need of a new battery for my car key, and the employee (shout out to Pablo) at the front really helped with the installation. I've never had to replace the battery in my car key before so if it weren't for him I would have had a hard time at home. After finishing the installation, Pablo showed me recommendations on the computer for if I were to replace the key altogether, so that's an option I might look into for the future. Great customer service.”

“My car battery needed to be replaced. I drove to O'Reilley's . They said on the phone they'd install the new one unless a complicated installation. One of the cashiers promptly spoke to me when he got off the phone, and came outside to look at my battery. Unfortunately my battery clamp was bent way down and he didn't have the right tools. Advised I should take it to an auto shop. Of course when I tried to leave my battery died again. Went back in and asked the same cashier if he could jump my car. Oh... I felt like a pain in the butt! But he was happy to help. Quickly grabbed a jumper unit and got my car started. Told me how much I should expect to pay for a new battery at an auto shop. What a wonderful experience! I plan to go back there with some tools from home. Why give the business to anyone else!”

“I brought in windshield wiper blades I had purchased somewhere else that I *thought* didn't fit after myself and someone else tried to put them on my car, and assumed I'd have to buy new ones. Erica the sales lady at the front looked up my car and went out with me to check out the situation, she figured out what was wrong (some pieces were still on my old blades that shouldn't have been, and we hadn't removed covers from the new ones) and was able to get it all sorted out in about 5 minutes! She refused a tip, so I'm leaving this review to compliment her customer service skills and above and beyond attitude towards helping me leave with the problem solved, and without me having to spend any additional money! I'll definitely be back with that kind of trustworthy service.”

“My daughter is out of town and i noticed that the her wiper blades were trashed. So I decided to replace them while she was gone. I went to the GG Store the guy at O'Reilly confirmed I picked the correct blades and told me they were one of the best brands. So I was feeling confident till I got home. i opened the package and started looking at the instructions and was mystified. I went to YouTube still mystified. Best Employee ever - Uziel, drove past my home and saw that I was having an issue, he stopped and put the wipers on for me.
