Went to drop off my oil and was given alot of attitude by a gentlemen named RUDY. I did as I always do and put my used oil filter filter in the bin and he got mad saying not to put it in then made a big deal over a piece of cardboard box put inside their trash bin saying the state of California doesn't allow it. A piece of trash inside the trash????? Never been treated this was before. Everyone was there was very nice and let me do my thing as they always do. RUDY on the other hand has obvious personal issues which he feels he needs to take out on customers. Good store bad person!!!! ?

This store is extraordinary. RUDY (Manager) & FREDDY always provide World Class Customer Service. These 2 hard working employees take great pride in helping customers. They make a difference. If you need auto parts ask for RUDY & FREDDY. They will help you.

Love Autozone! This is the 2nd time they have helped me. First it was Pedro with the battery I bought from them and needing it to be replaced. Then today Pedro again opens my car key fob replaces the battery for me and I'm off and running again!! Thank you autozone and Pedro for going over and beyond! You guys rock!!

Had some car problems, got there and I had the very best service, The manager and two other employees were very helpful, I was given alternatives which were great.Definitely great people working there, upper management keep these three employees that work on the evening.

apparently you are not allowed to return a purchase the following morning if it's Sunday. refused to return brake pads I ended up not needing. and refuse to give refund for "not enough money in register" I'm not exactly sure how that's my problem but you have lost a customer and I will never shop there again. I would always recommend O'Reilly's at least people there know what they're talking about and are helpful.

needing some assistance on how to remove the track covering on the floor of my 2014 Chevy Silverado, because of a sticky meatball mixture that toppled over and spilled all over the passenger side on my way home. I managed to get a good bit of it cleaned off, but was having problems having to try to figure out how to remove the clip track to get to the covered wires because of all the jelly and barbecue sauce mixture. Sky was very patient and came out with his pick set and showed me how to pop it off and left it undone so it's easy for me to clean up the residual and start cleaning up the carpet. He just saved me a ton of aggravation & trouble!! He has helped me out before a few times on my truck. Sky is awesome and a great asset to the AutoZone store in Westminster Maryland. Two thumbs up. I stopped by here today while driving back home to Ventura county because my battery light turned on. I came in asking for battery and Angel and Pedro let me know my car had more than a battery issue. They were both so helpful and gave me tips to make sure I made it back home save. Best customer service I have had at any autozone and life savers!

Stopped for an emergency in the last storm and sold me windshield wipers that had a $15 reward for purchasing, but wipers were 34.99 each. The only thing is that your employee forgot to ask for my rewards #. I had to remind him, so he typed my number in, and I told him my name. A few days later, it still has not shown up in my account, and I lost the paper receipt, so I can only return them for store credit... I remember why I stopped shopping Autozone and only go to O'Reilly's.
