Please don’t go to this place.I made a mistake in my life that went to this business to make my business card. Customer service is so bad, when you pay her first for service then she doesn’t care and forget it. She is not professional as well. Please go to another place to make your card. I will never go to this place again, never and never

Unprofessional and horrible service. I think she can only cut and paste. She made a misspelling and charged me for it, because I couldn't read it in Vietnamese. I gave her the exact verbiage that needed to be written. She added a few words that were misspelled. She yelled at me the entire time during a stressful period.

Charged me up front for 10 copies of laminated menus $100. Sent me a sample copy that was incorrectly spelled and everything... I was asked to make the corrections and hand it back to be reprinted. The old lady there told me I would need to cough up more money for her to hire someone to type up everything again. Uh hello???? I paid already. Then she said just give me $20 extra then. No thank you.

Nice owner. She did a good job with my canvas print I found an error and she reprinted it right away. Very honest place. I would go here again. For more printing needs
