“Had a great experience! My husband and I bought a perfectly good microwave for $250 when it was originally $480ish. The price in-store matched what they quoted us over email. Staff seems transparent, not “salesy” The microwave works great, and we couldn’t even find any dents or scratches. And it came with all brand installation equipment. We’d buy from here again ?? also! just as a kind gesture they disposed of our old broken microwave for us!”

“I had possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a big box store yesterday at the Westminster Best Buy location (that also took me to the Anaheim location where the team was just as helpful). I have.a Geek Squad protection plan on my car stereo. I had no idea what the process was and if it involved being without a stereo in my car for an extended period of time. I had an appt with Tory in the car audio department. I explained the situation and he said he was uncertain of exactly how the claim would work. We went in to the store and a manager explained they could replace the unit but they did not have one in the store. We located one in Anaheim and I went and purchased it there and returned it to Westminster where Tory completed the swap out. In total, I interacted with at least 7 employees at 2 different stores and all of them were both friendly and helpful. Best Buy, whatever you are doing with hiring and training, it’s working! Keep it up. We’ll be back for future purchases.”
