I don't know his name but the bald cashier guy is super rude. I asked him if I could use one of the empty cardboard boxes he had there for some lettuces I was buying. He said "I don't have time for you" and continued watching some video on his phone. Don't go there, poor customer service.

It's a great place to shop if you're in downtown LA's Civic Center and want to get your hands on some Japanese groceries.

Wow!! Very clean & organized market. Amazed when I walked in. Produce area nicely arranged, each aisle filled with various products arrange clean. Meat/fish department was good. I didn't buy too much but I did find vegetarian mushroom sauce yummy cookies and a few other items. Definitely will be back.

This is terrible market we are dying with difficult situation by coronavirus but they are taking of advantage to go up the prices for everything as examples the toilets papers $8.00 fit only 6 rolls and the case water up to $10.00 they are earn money from dead people. Đây là thị trờng khủng khiếp mà chúng ta đang chết với tình huống khó khăn bởi coronavirus nhng họ đang tận dụng lợi thế để tăng giá cho mọi thứ nh ví dụ giấy tờ nhà vệ sinh $ 8,00 chỉ phù hợp với 6 cuộn và trờng hợp nớc lên tới $ 10,00 họ kiếm đợc tiền từ ngời chết.

This place is trying to sell one case of Kirkland water for $10. They are trying to profit on those in need. Don't go here. I'd rather fill up a case of empty water bottles from a water fountain.

First of all, I want to say that I am not the owner of this place. So I don't have any reasons to defend this business, but i just want to clarify something. Lately there has been a video clip about this business. In the clip, they said this business sell a pack of kirkland bottle water 40 bottle for $10/per pack. People were so outraged about this. They want to boycott and report this business. But they haven't do any research about this claim yet, they don't know how much it cost for a business to get one case of this water in. On Costco.com page, it sells to business member one pallet (48 cases) for $389.99 with shipping & handing. That means it will cost about $8.125 for 1 case. So the business has to sell it for $10 for make some profit right? What if the business buy the water on the website for that price? They don't have the right to make some profit from it? You guys can buy it cheap in Costco because you pay for their membership. You buy it with whole sale price from Costco. You can't expect regular business to sell wholesale price to you when you don't even pay them membership. Please do some research about it before you make any decisions. If that marketplace did buy it for only $2.99+crv, then you can report them to the BBB. But what if they buy it online for the price of $390, that means you guys just destroy a good business

This market took advantage of the Corona virus outbreak and bought lots of costco water at $4.99 then resale for $10/case while other families can't buy water. It's an unethical behavior especially during this time when this whole country is working hard to fight this deadly virus. This type of behavior should not be supported and our community should stop buying from them.
