Had two visits before getting my glasses. Both visits were great. Citlali was very helpful with explanations of their process and picking out glasses. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses.

The doctor deserves a 5-star rating, but the office staff and manager get only 1 star. If possible, I would go to a different location.
I aimed to get the 2 pairs for $127 deal, but the total came to nearly $400. When I questioned the amount, they said it included two additional packages. I told them I didn't want these extras, and while they removed one, they said they couldn't remove the other.
I explained that this was my fourth time getting glasses with America's Best and that they always sold me the glasses without the additional packages. They checked my account and verified this was true but still refused to make the change.
I ended up paying just for my exam and buying the glasses online for less. It's disappointing that they would rather lose a sale than accommodate my request to remove unnecessary add-ons.

Wait was short, doctor was amazing and helpful, with excellent game plan over how to proceed. Linda at the front was sharp and immediately and courteously resolve a problem that arose during the process.

I was disappointed in this location because I’ve gone to other locations that have always been very kind and welcoming. I had an appointment, walked in made eye contact with at least 3 ladies in the front, not one greeted me, fortunately the doctor and the other lady doing the vision test were nice so it was nice to see but still bad front desk service, when I walked in a couple days ago the ladies were openly expressing their annoyance with work. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I had to go in and have my glasses adjusted.
Linda, the store Manager assisted me.
She was unable to adjust the frame, but to my delight she ordered me a replacement pair at no cost.
I dint even ask fir that.
Above and beyond customer service
Give her a raise.

I've gone to this company for years. I moved cities and tried the westminster store. The workers are rude. My daughter wanted a printout of her prescription and the lady gave her aditude and made her take a picture of the doctors handwritten paperwork. I went another day and asked for my prescription to be printed. I also wanted a price list for the progressive lenses. She showed me and didn't explain the last tier to me because "they were too expensive". We will never step foot in there again. I still have 2 more family members that need glasses so we will be going elsewhere. These ladies judged me and my family and I felt every bit of it.

I had the BEST experience here! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The exam took 30 mins and the Doctor was friendly and straight to the point. Isabel did my glasses fitting and she was fantastic. Even without using my insurance, the exam and 2 pairs of glasses cost HALF of what I paid for one of my old pairs. The staff is wonderful, the prices are reasonable, and I'm going to keep America's Best for my eye health!

I am a loyal long term customer of America's Best, at least 15 years.Everyone is courteous, friendly. from the time you enter the front door (I have never waited moe then 10 minutes, to be served), great Staff, great eye exam (included in the cost),2 pair of quality lenses and frames, at the lowest cost.I, needless to repeat, and I will, undeniably the highest quality product and service at the most reasonable cost.I love my new glasses that I am happily using for the first time. Stay away from this place went to see the doctor for a medical visit and he has no clue made my eyes more dry .
