I've been going to Tom for years now and he's the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. He's always honest about what I do and don't need done to my car. He never overcharges me for the repairs I do need and he's always done in a reasonable amount of time. I'll never go anywhere else.

I went to this place about 5 month ago to change my alternator on a Toyota Camry 2007 and it just broke down almost after 9000 miles although alternators should last around 100000 miles and now I need to change it again , it really sucks to pay for a part and labour again in something I changed very recent it seems like the part(alternator) they get me is a defective . This place is untrustworthy, Don't go there.

Good guys to deal with! The manager Quinn is very polite and helpful. Brought my car to them for a few pricier jobs and they did it for less than anyone else and did it right the first time. I'll definitely be taking my cars back to them!

This place _was_ as the other reviewers have described- great, honest, caring, sincere- also very fast and openly and clearly communicative.... _when_ it was Tommy that you were dealing with......... but it hasn't been Tommy for quite some time (at least since October 2013), and the quality has fallen off severely. I used to recommend Tommy unequivocally..... and, if I was still recommending Tommy, I still would..... but with this new set of folks........... good luck!

Tommy is the best mechanic in the city of Westminster he honest he won't steer you wrong he'll look at your car and tell you what you need if it important he'll tell you we need to take care of this promblem I highly recommend him to any one who is looking for a honest mechanic
