I usually never have a bad thing to say about 7-Eleven.....and this time...... I'm happy to report..... I still don't have a bad thing to say about 7-Eleven. Everything was..... Oh wait, that's a lie.... I have a couple things to say.....
(It's nothing too horrible though ?)
The store is clean and they had lots of stuff...
However....
¹ If you're going to have a random mismatch of Slurpee cups please provide lids that also fit those cups.
² If you're going to close the store to clean for 2 hours perhaps post that ahead of time on the door or maybe a sign on the counter instead of rushing your customers out scolding them telling them that you're about to close and they need to hurry up.
³DO NOT BUY THE NEW SWEET TART GUMMIES....??THEY ARE SO GROSS!!!

Lived in the area over 3 years and always occassionally come in….tonight during a late night walk i stopped in to use the atm. Couldnt see the guy but could hear him on his phone talking. Did my transaction and out in under 2 mins.I leave the store to be chased at the corner with an look like ive stolen something. So i said. “I used the atm”The guy replied “you came in and out” with a crazy look like ive stolen something.Never again will i come tk this 7-eleven. Id rather go to the 7 eleven 50 ft away where their employees pay attention and are actually welcoming to the locals. Or better yet the ones they see on a constant basis while everynight they constantly chat on their headset!

A word about their once famous coffee. Ever since 7-Eleven switched off to the thermoses where they store the coffee for. God knows how long their quality of coffee has gone downhill. It's not necessarily any change of the beans or the way they brew it, but it's the laziness of the workers there that brew a new batch over an old batch that have been sitting there since the previous day. I've seen this happen where I waited for a fresh batch of coffee and when I poured the so-called new batch it was still lukewarm because they have mixed with the old coffee. I will never return

Coffee plus muffin for $2!!! Great deal, but 5 stars to the employee this morning who was so kind, helpful, and overall cheery. Made my morning a whole lot better!

It's 5:27 am Iam very upset I woke up in the middle of the night needing some fluids and half asleep and I told the guy that was working their I needed a pack of water thinking he punched it in for me and then I got my water and put it in my car and he came out accusing me of stealing walked back in to pay for it and thinking he would kindly go get the water for me and punch it in and he made me go grab it rudely and went to go grab it when he should've said sorry about the mistake he made and went to go get it himself... I go in the day and never have a problem ever like this ! So probably don't go in the moring cause poor worker needs to be replaced :(

These guys think the virus is a joke. I spend prob 2-3k$ a year in here and these tough guys keep those masks pulled down all the time. Only one older gentlemen (prob owner ) knows and he keeps it on. Not sure of its culture or what it might be but every other employee has mask down or wearing an Ignorant shield cover. As well the beer delivery vendor no mask , has a neck wrap pulled down like a turtle neck. These people don't know pandemic history? In a retail environment? Bye 7-11
