This is for the Summer Camp at Willow review. Katie, Giselle and the rest of staff do an outstanding job of the LIt and camper program. I was hesitant as a few years ago was not the best experience and so glad we gave them another chance.

This is one of the cleanest and biggest YMCA's I've ever been to! I am lucky enough to be a group fitness instructor there, and having worked at many gyms & boutique fitness centers, I can say that the management at the Yarrow YMCA are very team-oriented, compassionate, and fair. I love the atmosphere and the vibe and go there all the time when I'm not working... it's a great place to do things with family like family swim and pickleball.

Clean, great locker rooms, pool, and gym. Only issue is that the lanes in the pool are often closed for lessons so the number of free lanes in their calendar is not always accurate. One of the staff helped me by showing me that the app is a better indicator for free lanes

I must say, my experience at this gym was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a staff that could rival the Grinch in terms of rudeness and annoyance. They seemed to take pleasure in making my gym visits as miserable as possible.The first thing that hit me was the overwhelming stench that permeated the entire facility. It was a putrid combination of body odor, dirty towels, and who knows what else. The lack of air conditioning only amplified this olfactory assault, turning the gym into a sweltering sauna. I felt like I was trying to work out in a steam room.To make matters worse, the outdoor gym area was a complete disaster. The machines were a sorry sight to behold. Broken, used up, rusty, and covered in grime, they were more suitable for a scrapyard than a place for physical fitness. It was a health hazard waiting to happen. And speaking of health hazards, let's not forget the previous users' sweat stains that adorned these machines like badges of honor. It was absolutely revolting. Clearly, the gym's cleaning crew had taken an extended vacation, leaving the equipment and its users to wallow in their own filth.And the clientele, oh boy, don't get me started. Most of the people frequenting this gym were a cranky bunch of old-timers who seemed to have a personal vendetta against anyone younger than them. They stared at you with judgmental eyes, making you feel like an intruder in their geriatric stronghold. Their lack of basic gym etiquette was infuriating. Nobody bothered to re-rack the weights or clean up after themselves, creating a hazardous obstacle course of dumbbells and sweat-soaked benches.In summary, this gym is a cesspool of rudeness, annoyance, and neglect. The staff, the facilities, and the patrons all contribute to an experience that is nothing short of a nightmare. Save yourself the misery and find a gym that actually cares about its customers and provides a clean and respectful environment for exercise.

We've been members here for a couple years now and have mixed feelings. The facility and the grounds are beautiful, clean and well-maintained. They are well-staffed and everyone is friendly and helpful. We don't take classes or swim so I can't speak to that but we do cardio and weights (free weights and machines). The main issue is that the cardio TV and streaming services rarely work. They either don't have any internet connection or TV on about 40 - 50% of the machines which is extremely frustrating. When you complain they take a note however the problem doesn't get fixed for literally months because they were purchased in Italy and there is no technical support available in the US so it takes months for someone to come out and fix these issues. The only other issue (noted from my husband) is that the showers don't typically have hot water, just warm and there is very weak water pressure. All in all we enjoy the gym and still recommend it as the good outweighs the bad.

Meh. Still new-ish. Would be nice if the staff at the reception desk actually greeted you when you arrive.
