Have been coming here for several years. They are always on top of it. Very efficient even with how busy it gets, very communicative, and very knowledgeable! They even fixed my A/C for free! Aaron is always friendly and helpful.

Had mechanics out sick and bumped our appointment off of the schedule without saying anything. Showed up and showed confirmation of appointment and they still did not honor our appointment. Waste of time not a trustworthy business

Our neighbors recommended Westlake Independent Automotive Inc. as an alternative to the dealer. We have received service for our daughter’s 2017 Forester twice. Our service has been excellent and affordable. The service center keeps you informed and provides options as well as an AAA discount. Westlake Independent Automotive is a keeper.

I first started coming to Westlake Independent back in 1995. Bruce and the team always provided fair and thorough service. I left and recently came back and the service was just how I remembered it from years ago. The entire staff is so friendly! I know I’m in good hands with Westlake Independent Automotive. It feels good to be back! I highly recommend!

Norman of Westlake Independent is so compassionate he is doing a free service and picking up my car. There was miscommunication but they rectified it and more than made up. They are excellent and the best auto service for all needs and cars.

I've been going to West Lake Independent since the mid-90s and it is our "go to" auto repair facility. We prefer it over the dealer. It's a relief to have a regular facility you can trust and rely on to maintain your vehicles. They keep track of all of our maintenance records and provide the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules. When money is tight they tell me which issues can possibly be deferred and how long before they probably can't be ignored. I appreciate knowing what options I have for when to make needed repairs. Bruce and his service personnel are always up to date on the finest details for parts
and procedures. They seem to be passionate about deeply understanding the makes and models they service. Bruce runs a great place and has a competent and friendly team.

We moved to Utah two years ago but still bring the Acura to Westlake Independent. They hire only the best mechanics, have the best service managers and customer service staff. I trust my cars and the money I invest in my cars to Westlake Independent. You should too.
