I have never written a review before but my experience was so bad, I felt compelled to share. The owner has a very bad temper and is rude and racist. I dropped off a pair of brand new designer pants for hemming. I received it back, hemmed in a different color thread than my pant. When I pointed this mistake out (nicely and respectfully), he began yelling at me that it was on me to specify that I wanted the color to match if it was important to me. Needless to say, that is a ridiculous response because hemming/stitching should always be done in the same color as the fabric - unless it's an intentional design detail to not match, but this was just a basic hem, and what existed before the hem was also the same color. But his response was particularly out of line because in this case, my pants have stitching elsewhere as a design detail, in the same color as my pant, so for sure an tailor should know what color to match the thread to and not just pick another color.) He then continued yelling that people of my ethnicity always "do that" (suggesting that I was trying to not pay for the service by complaining). I found his behavior disturbing and menacing and I would never go back. Additionally, his allegedly "professional" alterers did not even do a good job. He basically ruined a brand new pair of pricey pants and berated me for it. He was scaring me with his conduct and racial epithets, so I wanted to leave ASAP - too afraid to stick around and insist on a reimbursement. I will have to pay someone else to fix the error.

Ramin's dry cleaning service deserves all the praise in the world. I have a very cute but extremely fluffy dog who constantly sheds an incredible amount of fine white and black hair. Needless to say, my closet is full of dog hair. I'm also a bit of a klutz and manage to spoil my finest wears with juice spills or other such splotches. However, when I get my clothing cleaned from Westlake Cleaners, there isn't a trace of dog hair and the items are completely stain-free. I don't know how Ramin does it but it's like receiving brand new garments every time I leave his quaint Westlake Village operation. He's also a super kind guy and really cares for his customers. Come here for the finest Dry Cleaning in the Village!

I'm posting tonight for the first time on yelp because i'm so disappointed in a review that came through about our local family owned cleaners . Do any of you realize what It as taken for small run business to stay afloat in this crazy unpredictable pandemic forum. The news loves to talk about small business and how to support , but when I see a review come in about a man who hung in and fought for his business and his ethics. Only to be questioned by a second party in protection of a spouse . He has no idea of the real story only dramatics of second hand information. So not chivalrous, actually so behind the times . It costs money to run a business . We are all trying to accommodate to the rise in the cost of living and raising families , retirement etc... Please show some respect for the people who didn't take ...but showed up . Ramid you are stand up! No one needs patrons who don't appreciate service, quality and old school values .

There is a reason why the last written review was a year ago. People are probably afraid to write something bad about the owner due to his temper. Today, my wife expressed concerns about his prices (which are much higher than his competition) and he yelled at her, called her rude and said "every time" she comes in that she complains about his prices yet the last time she was there was at least a year ago. What is worse is that he did this in front of our children to the point that one of them was so scared that he ran out the door. If you don't care about customer service, feel free to go here.

Excellent service and customer service! A pipe busted in my daughters storage unit (she goes to school at Pepperdine and we live in GA) and Westlake pick up her soiled items from the storage facility, cleaned and disinfected then, and then dropped them back off all while keeping me updated and sharing pictures of the items. They were a life saver!

My favorite number one Dry Cleaners place to go. One of a kind quality service, trust worthy, always on time, and reasonable pricing. Very attentive owner and friendly. My clothes is always handed to me in flawless perfect conditions. I highly recommend this place.
