Westlake Auto Collision once again impressed me with their exemplary work, great communication and friendly manner. Shout out to Michaela in the front office! She's always on top of things and so nice. Nick was a pleasure to talk to and I met their shop manager who made sure I was being taken care of while waiting a short few minutes for my car to be brought up front.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing body work.

When I picked up my Jeep… I forgot why I even dropped it off at Westlake Auto Collision. They meticulously washed and cleaned my Jeep… I was flabbergasted it looked so nice. I think I spent $1700 to fix my Jeep. Perhaps it was a broken window… but I would have paid that much for their car wash. All I know now is that it looks and feels AWESOME. Best experience ever. And the dudes and lasses were super knowledgeable and nice.

I have to say that my opinion of WAC has flipped 180°. The 1st repair was done with a cheap aftermarket bumper cover as dictated by the insurance company. The quality of this part was completely inferior to the factory original. This, the resulting finishing work was not up to snuff. Admittedly I also have an attention to details and high expectations.
Nick understood my concerns and got a factory bumper approved by the insurance company. The redo was completed in one day and the resulting work was beautiful.
Thank you Nick and team for coming through and turning a situation around 180°
