Ordered a sign a few weeks ago and when it came in it was damaged due to a shipping error. After a few emails they agreed to send me a brand new one at no cost. My new sign arrived today and it is just as stunning as I had imagined! BEST customer service ever!

I have ordered several weathered signs and this company never lets me down there signs are incredibly awesome the quality is amaizng and the way he reaches out to emails and responds back quickly is amaizng! i will continue to purchase more and more through this company the guy who helped me with my order was jay.

Images do not do these signs justice, they are beautiful, sturdy and not anything like the cheap plastic ones they sell in target. These are truly beautiful. Jay made me my favorite ski run from Vail and it hangs beautifully in my house and brings me so much joy. Jay and his team of artists are a pleasure to do business with and always ship so quick for a custom made product!

I had an idea and a phrase and wanted it on a weathered sign. I shopped around, all the others told me they could not do this, could not do that and so on, but not Jay. From the beginning he said no problem at all. I just received my sign today and it is better than expected. He is a true craftsman. From start to finish was only a few days. Now this beautiful sign is proudly hanging on my wall of my dessert shop for alll my customers to see. Thanks Jay for a great job from start to finish

My sister and I ordered signs from here for our college houses and they are SO CUTE...all of the signs are adorable (it's hard not to buy them all...we will def be buying more) and the customer service is the best I have experienced!!! Jay and his signs are awesome
