Had to have some pension documents notarized. Karen was able to accommodate me with a safe and very friendly environment in these COVID-19 days. They are extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Great parking Directly in front of their office. I plan in having Karen handle all my business and notary public needs in the future.

I would like to add on/update my review to let everyone know that Gerry G's post is completely false. Unfortunately this individual is either posting out of vengeance, jealousy, or is completely mistaken in their review. The chamber event a couple of weeks ago was an absolute success. Karyn opened her office to numerous executives, chamber folks, and even Hollywood royalty, including Mariel Hemingway. VES is a successful, thoughtful, purpose-driven company that strives to improve the lives of their clients. Karyn is an asset to the community. If you don't call her, you're missing out!

I met you at an event in Westlake over a year ago. Not a fake profile as you assume. (Hence the Yelping since 2017). I never write reviews but noticed the Chamber was hosting an event for you which I'd assume to bring you more clients. I thought it was important to write a review so people know my experience. I left several messages over 10+ months with no call back. I dropped by your office twice, each time I was rudely 'greeted' by a dark haired woman behind a messy desk. The place looked like a bomb went off. I noticed clients personal information all over the place and no secure spot it could be put up in. I took a look around and realized YOU were not for me. In conversation with a 'potential client' of yours I was told that you're always rescheduling and running late. It's just not someone I want in charge of my personal and business finances, let alone important info.

I began working with Karyn roughly 6 months ago, although I have known of her respected work for several years. During my time with her, I have found her to be highly efficient, expedient, thorough, resourceful, discreet and caring (and I have experienced horrific bookkeepers and CPA offices). I can text/call on Karyn for assistance/guidance and always receive it. Since my time with her, I have forwarded her name to several of my clients and friends seeking help with their bookkeeping and management.

Virtual Executive Solutions is hands down the people you want to call to handle your personal management needs. They are attentive, intuitive, and professional. Karyn helped me with organizing, planning and implementing my husband's work event with grace and ease. Karyn has been my husband's personal assistant for 15+ years, and I am lucky enough to have her, too, for almost 10 years. For me, Karyn has done everything from seamlessly coordinating our wedding, arranging travel plans, managing our households, handling bills and finances, paying attention to my OCD details (and remembering what makes me happy and what doesn't work for me), and making whatever I am thinking I want done for an event or an occasion magically happen. The best part about Karyn is that she is fiercely loyal, and keeps business as business,and private as private. TRUST is extremely important. Through her extensive experience, she has numerous contacts and connections she keeps in her back pocket that help her to make that magic happen. If she can't get it done, she will find someone that can. I am blessed to have Karyn in my life.
