“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for my work travels. Mona was extremely helpful during the check in process and the bartender/server taylor knew exactly what drink what helpful end my night. The bar/restaurant food was amazing as well. Had the best plant burger in my life and would definitely stay here again.”

“We decided to book the lodge for our wedding because after touring the absolutely gorgeous venue, we were certain that the people running it knew exactly what they were doing and would help make a very chaotic day, less stressful. We were not disappointed. Chef Cordelia and her staff perform with the efficiency and tact of a 5 star hotel. Additionally they have a stable of incredible vendors available to you that will check boxes for you left and right. Huge shout out to Events by Emily Kay!! The food at the lodge is so far beyond what you expect as typical wedding food, and your guests will be talking about it well after the wedding is over. Don't sleep on the tasting dinners at the venue leading up to your wedding! Do yourself a favor and book this magical venue. It will be the best decision you make for your wedding.”

“This could have been a lot more fun. In our group of adults there were four or five miserable young punk kids who's only purpose was to race around and bang other people into the boards. Took a lot of the enjoyment out.”

“Great little local theater. We have attended 3 performances in the last year and most recently "it's a wonderful life." Not a bad seat in the house- just keep in mind if you buy refreshments during the 10 minute intermission - you cannot bring them into the performance Arena. Drink quickly!!! Free and ample parking. Go and have fun”

“I just attended the wedding of my great niece, Jen Lauderdale, now Burnell, at this venue. It was fantastic!! I was concerned about an outdoor wedding in July, but the seating area for the wedding was nicely shaded and the chairs very comfortable. Then we went down to the reception area and had wine and a variety of appetizers. The food was from Command Performance Catering and was delicious! The view from the reception area was gorgeous!! This is a beautiful venue for a wedding!!”

“We recently had our wedding at the Sherwood Country Club and this place is absolutely stunning. Our point of contact was Kendall, the catering manager, and she was great throughout the entire planning and day of process. She was responsive and punctual to every email and meeting. She was organized and transparent - there were no surprises. The wait staff was phenomenal during the wedding cocktail hour and reception; we received so many compliments from our guests on how attentive they were throughout the night. This place will always be special to us!”

“We had our dream wedding at Rancho De Las Palmas August 2023. Laura was super easy to work with and understood our vision from the start. She was very reassuring since we live 6 hours away in SF and made sure everything we wanted was taken care of. If you want a day-of coordinator, you can hire Laura to take care of all the important details on your big day. We also had our rehearsal dinner here (you can pay extra) to rent out the house on the premises or you could just rent out the huge outdoor area in the back of the house. Table and chairs are included with the rental fee.We decided to go with DJ's catering that Laura recommended and they took great care of the catering + drinks part. That is another business I'd highly recommend. Laura has a pay-it-forward program where you can donate one item from your wedding decor and you get free access to the entire room of decor such as signs, card boxes, table numbers, bar signage, vases, etc to use for your wedding which we made great use of.Our ceremony took place in the front grassy area and the reception dinner in the cobblestone area. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice everything was afterwards. We had no hiccups or issues on the day of the wedding, the weather was in the low 80s and by the time dinner came around, it was perfect temperatures. The venue offers plenty of greenery and shade even on a hot day. There is also plenty of parking spaces for guests and areas for guests to roam around the venue during cocktail hour. We hope you choose RDLP when it's your turn to tie the knot, we couldn't have made a better decision.”

“WOAHHHH this place is awesome. The price is far better than ANY of the kids places in LA. There is so much to do, my daughter is almost 2 and could enjoy almost everything there. It's great fun and the staff was SO nice and friendly. Do your kids a favor and take them here. You can run around the playplace with them!”

“Eden Gardens is ABSOLUTELY beautiful, and my pictures really show that. The venue is large and beautiful great for those like the botanical garden feel. The guest would not stop raving about how beautiful it is. It is one of the most underrated venues in the Ventura County and one I would recommend to anyone. It is covered in greenery, water features, peacocks, love birds and so many other cool features. They have a cottage on site for the bride to get ready in which makes it simpler for photos and everyone being there when they are supposed to be. They also had a groom's bungalow that was a trailer on the property where the guys could hang out and my husband said he had a good time. Eden Gardens has it all when it comes to a wedding venue, I would recommend checking it out to see if it would meet your needs too! Soltana also knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. I appreciated how direct, candid, and honest that she was about the entire process and the amount of time and energy that she put into my wedding day. I do not think it would have gone as smooth as it did without her, and she did a great job at managing a large crowd. THANK YOU!”

“What a unique place for hosting an event, doing a book club, and shopping for beautiful clothes, decor and more. We need more places like this in Thousand Oaks! The options are endless: wine tasting, bridal shower, baby shower, karaoke, employee appreciation party...The owner Meredith has great taste. She's also very passionate about making this a safe space for women to explore their creativity and/or make genuine connections.Check it out and while you're these you can enjoy any of the places to eat within walking distance.”

“Breathtaking views, lovely spot for events. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the road. I am a hiker and very comfortable driving in narrow mountain dirt roads, and loved it but apparently this was an issue for almost everyone who was there. To be chosen if your invitees profiles are compatible with the challenging road to the venue.”

“Great bang for your buck. Not the nicest or longest course, but for a right and short course, it's really fun and challenging! Offers great food and drink, although I only saw the Bev cart once in 54 holes.”

“We got married here on 11/11 and it was the perfect day. The weather was beautiful, and the staff made the ceremony site and the reception area absolutely gorgeous. We were so lucky to find this place and we're confused why people wouldn't get married here because it has it all! The space is huge, the setting is amazing, and the event coordinator at the venue is super nice and easy to communicate with. Our entire wedding planning process here was seamless! Highly recommend!”

“The Event Center of Agoura Hills is a hidden gem that offers the perfect blend of flexibility and affordability. We were thrilled to discover that they allow BYOB and the freedom to select our own catering, which was crucial for our Sangeet with its Indian cuisine focus. This not only allowed us to create an authentic experience but also resulted in significant cost savings. Our guests were in awe of the venue's beauty, and the price simply couldn't be beaten. The venue provided a wonderful mix of indoor and outdoor vibes, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Additionally, the inclusion of chairs and tables, along with the assistance in setting them up and packing them away at the end of the night, made our experience hassle-free.The team at the Event Center of Agoura Hills demonstrated seamless communication and support both in the lead-up to the event and on the day itself. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. For those seeking a hidden gem that allows for customization, affordability, and a stunning setting, look no further than the Event Center of Agoura Hills. It's an exceptional choice that will exceed your expectations.”

“Second time staying at this Marriott. Called at around 1PM to try to check in early and the friendly staff told me to come and they would accommodate us. we ended up going straight to our event but it was nice to know our room was ready. Didn’t have any issues with the room or the staff but we tried to contact my teen that fell a sleep in the room and were told calls couldn’t be connected to the room to call his cell. He didn’t have a cell phone so it was very strange. I kept telling her the room number and our personal info but because of privacy the call couldn’t get transferred. I understand but at the same time it didn’t make sense to have a phone in the room if you can’t use it. Everything else was fine. The location is perfect right in the middle of Simi Valley, close to Costco, Walmart, coffee shops, etc.”

“Pros: my kids have a blast coming here! There is SO much to do! From the trampolines to the various obstacle courses and VR type stuff, it's incredibly fun and will keep the kids entertained for hours. Cons:It can get really busy and can be a free for all. Sometimes, kids can roughhouse, and the staff are all really young and not always on top of it. I'm never one to police other people's children, and some parents are just absent and staff isn't on top of the wild kids. The pricing model is rough. It costs more to go there for the day than it does to get a membership. So they hook you into getting a membership, which you never remember to cancel. And conveniently, you can't cancel when you're there. You have to do it online. And when you do it online, you need your membership number. And who remembers that? So you spend an exorbitant amount of time figuring all of this out to cancel. The pricing model is smart for the business but a death trap of never ending membership for the consumer. I took my kids and their friends and ended up getting 5 memberships, which rolled for 5 months until I finally put aside the two hours to get all of this together and cancel online.”

“Walking distance of a great strip of restaurants and a few stores. Welcoming and nice place. Enjoy the breakfast but would love to see a little more variety besides breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. The food is good, just repetitive.Nearby activities: 300 ft of bars and restaurants.”

“Just your average Hampton Inn. We have had good luck with this Hilton brand and this one night stay was no exception. The staff was friendly and on point. The grounds and common areas were clean and well maintained. I did book the spa tub room and man was the whole room massive. The room was clean (we do a complete wipedown since covid) The tub was a bit of a scrunch for me at 6'1" but was relaxing after a long day of photography . The shower had two nozzles which was also nice. We did not eat the breakfast.”

“Everything was beautifully done. The wait staff was incredible. The food was quite good, but some of it way overpriced for the size of the portions. The ambience is both lovely and grotesque. Too many dead animals decorating the place everywhere you look. I know it’s a hunters lodge, but oh my God! It’s everywhere! Rather overwhelming.Vegetarian options: We have a vegan family member, and rather than her having to just order sides, the chef put a beautiful plate together for her.”
