THE lady is extremely rude. She refuses to help me, and hides in the back. Feel sorry for her, she hates her job and the customers comes into this store. She seems to get tons of complains, don't know why she is still here. Maybe she is the owner, she gotta get out of this community. Other people in the store are profession and nice

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Have our PO Box here and have never had any issues. Highly recommend using this store for shipping and PO box if you need one.

Have had a PO box here for about 9 years and have nothing but great things to say about this store. It was under different management when I first opened the box. The old management didn't seem as invested in excellent service as the current owners. The current owners are doing a great job and have helped me out many times. Always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile.Just read some other reviews... Unfortunately the store can't control what happens once a box is shipped out and there are some people (can't use the word I want to use) who think it's their fault if something happens to a package once shipped. Don't give a bad review to the store over a shipping issue. Contact UPS directly to deal with it.

One of the worst experiences ever. Gave them an expensive item to ship and they lost it. Did not offer me a chance for insurance so I lose almost the full value of my shipment. When I contacted them about it, I get a manager who was very disappointed to be helping with this. I called and she told me she had customers to help yet I am a customer. The claim process has been a nightmare too as all they’ve done was report the claim and not follow up at all on anything. I cannot access the claim as it has to be through this store and it’s been nothing but unhelpful. You would have a better chance hand delivering your product before using this store. Also, this store is a franchise and has no real connection with UPS other than using their drivers. Beware and try to find a better UPS or use FedEx in general.

The location is great. The problem - it's a Franchise UPS and the owner does not care about people or her employees. Organization of customers packages is a mess, don't expect any help unless you pay for it.

They never follow their posted hours! This is the 3rd time in a week I've gone to to the store during hours they claim to be open AND THEY WERE CLOSED. WHY HAVE SET HOURS POSTED IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THEM? I am so tired of being inconvenienced - I had 4 large boxes to ship and I've now dragged them back and forth 6 times. How do people stay in business when they don't have any consideration for their customers? It's 1:20 on Sunday 7/15 - posted hours say they CLOSE AT 3:00 !!!!!!!!! THERE'S NO NOTE ON THE DOOR EXPLAINING WHY THEY'RE CLOSED! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Great location with helpful and caring employees, complete array of services available too, copy machine, shredder,notarizing, envelopes and boxes and more, it's a one stop and do it all, and convenient parking too.

It feels like every transaction - not matter how simple will take an absolute eternity to complete. If you walk in and notice 2 people in front of you - it could be a 20-30 minute wait even if they are dropping off pre-labeled packages. The airlines are faster and pleasant to deal with....
