I love this TJ Maxx store! Not only do they have amazing items at great prices, but they also have the BEST store Coordinator named Leila who is amazing. Leila was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me the many large and heavy items I wanted to buy. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Leila is so sweet and kind, while also being quick and efficient. I will only come to this TJ Maxx location from now on. Thank you again Leila!

Lots of good deals I buy my screen protectors here and all my cell phone accessories way cheaper than the cell phone store lots of good buys on both clothes and kitchen supplies

I went in for a straightening service. I just had to have my hair cut very short. My hair is fried. I tried to speak to the owner the next day who was yelling in my ear and said she didn't believe me. I asked her to check the camera feed. No flat iron used, no gloves, no scent. I was had. After buying products, her charge of 250. on very thin hair and extras like clarifying shampoo used (!!!!), 50.00 tip, ....trim...it was a hot mess. I'd grown my pretty hair down my back. Now gone. Beware.

I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I go to Tj Maxx - why is it so fun?! Life is like a Tj Maxx, you never know what you're gonna get ;) This Tjs is organized, clean, and well stocked! I've found some cute clothes, accessories, and home items on my sprees. Staff are friendly and returns/exchanges are easy. The line can get long depending on the time of day but that's pretty normal for Tj Maxx. There's a parking lot and although it's a busy center I always find a spot easily. Great location too - close to many other stores to get all your shopping done in one trip! Every time we drive by my bf sighs and says "you wanna go in don't you?" yes, yes I do.

My sister and I have been enjoying the jewelry section for over 25 years, and the sale associates have always been very helpful. Today (February 10th), we had the worst experience with Viki. She was very unprofessional, did not answer any of our questions, and when my sister asked her whether she was tired, she said that she was not tired. My sister asked her why she wasn't checking the price, and she said you can see it. We had to talk to the manager and we both became so upset that despite of our intention to purchase a bracelet for my niece, we had to leave the store. :(It is so sad to see T.J. Maxx's quality of service going down so low.
