I close about 50 homes a year as a real estate agent, and the communication and transaction with this group was some of the worst. They failed to collect for termite and the termite policy was canceled as a result a month after closing due to non payment. They also failed to provide copies of the recorded deed and loan docs that were signed, even though we called and emailed multiple times. We finally received everything over a month later. Damary worked poorly with the lender when asked to secure private information and submit via a portal, rather than publicly attaching a sensitive document. Her email to them was very snippy and unprofessional. So many escrow officers are super professional and a delight to work with. Sadly, Timios was not one of them.

Terrible customer service. I have tried 3 days in a row to speak with someone about getting a copy of a document from our refinance. Left at least 4 messages, using 3 alternate phone numbers. Talked to 1 person, the operator. He tried transferring me 3 times to different people within the company. All were unavailable. No return calls. Nothing. Would not recommend this company if you want to actually speak with someone for help. Big thumbs down ?All company.lwereunavailable.

Closing costs were fair and reasonable.Our escrow person was excellent. She was always available if I had a question.

I do not know where to start or finish, but i am going to cut it short and simple. DO NOT EVER USE TIMIOS TITLE COMPANY EVER FOR A TITLE TRANSFER OR ANYTHING. Communication is a 0. I had to do most of the paperwork myself they had so many mistakes, misspelling, etc. IF YOU WANT TO DO A CLOSING ON YOUR OWN, WITH NO HELP GO WITH TIMIOS.

I had my escrow done with Timios and the lady was outstanding in customer service, she was very nice.It is the process afterwards that is very bad customer service. We had several checks issued to do some payoffs and all went smoothly except one.The company does not accept paper checks. I called a couple times and left a detailed message but never heard back from anyone. We actually were issued a second check.What a disappointment. A call back from an actual human in how to proceed would be helpful. Almost $600 is being held up for almost a year now.
