Tilly's in general is a great store; Unfortunately, this location is HORRIBLE. I have been in the store on two separate occasions looking for shoes. Both times I waited for 10 minutes while not one person came up to help me. They are all a bunch of young kids busy talking. I also called today to find out about a size. I was on hold for 15 minutes. They hung up on me and when I called back I had to go through the whole thing again and wait on hold for another 10 minutes. I will NEVER shop here and suggest that the owners hire people who actually care to serve the community!

So this is my story: I called last night around 6, and asked them if that had an item for me (a mint hydro flask to be specific) and they offered to keep in on hold for me. I said that'd be great, and I asked what time they closed. The woman said they close at 8, so I get to the store at 7:30 and the workers are walking out locking the doors. So I tell them I called and they said you close at 8. Sooo the next day I come back to buy my item since I missed them the night before. THEY LOST/ COULDNT FIND THE ITEM. I am never shopping at this Tillys again, that's absurd. Either they sold my item to another customer that saw it or they are just unintelligent and don't know how to put something on hold and actually HOLD the item.

Popped in to check out swim trunks. Quickly found what I wanted and went to try it on. While in the changing room a sales associate rudely and literally asked me to "get out". I was shocked. I hadn't been in there more than a minute or two. Apparently someone else had been using it and must have stepped out and was trying to return to it. There was no reason for me to think the room was unavailable since the door was open and nobody was in there or standing anywhere near it. There was no sign or anything letting me know this room was still being used. I would have been very happy to leave the room if the the associate had kindly said, "excuse me,..." or "sorry, but..." or "hey, do you mind...." Instead, it was simply "you need to get out". I quickly got dressed and left. Decided not to purchase anything and don't intend to in the future either. Decide for yourself whether or not this is the kind of place you want to shop at.

Unfortunately, I also experienced terrible customer service at this store today. I tried to buy two swimsuits and asked if they could call another store for another item. The young girl insisted that she couldn't help me until she handled the customers BEHIND me. We got tired of waiting and went to another store and bought three swimsuits. Very disappointing customer service. We won't be back.

How come a place that sells clothing and skateboard gear, that is located within a mile of a skatepark, doesn't sell skateboards and other gear? Can someone explain this paradox to me?
