Todd is the best in the mortgage biz! When I was a mortgage broker from 2004-2008 he was my mentor. He's been doing my own real estate finance since 2012 and he's helped me acquire and refinance real estate a half dozen times now. And he's willing to tell me if there's a better option with another firm, which is unheard of and why I'm so loyal to Todd. It's unusual to find such great service and advice, so I please do yourself a favor and work with Todd if you can.

I am a scientist, and have no idea at all about mortgage, bank stuff, nothing at all, and have no time too for any exploration, so I needed someone fully to trust and accept anything s/he says, based on my all academic life experience, I need to hesitate any work we do in science and research more and more so I did not know what should I do, I did not know Todd at all but same time I need to buy a house ASAP, so I risked it, and what a good risk I did, now I need to say that I am 100% HAPPY that I found Todd, I was so LUCKY that I foun him, he is so trusty, so knowledgeable and so helpful, he worked with me like he is a family and now indeed I consider him family. Todd and The Ross Group were incredible!! It took me over 6 months to find my new home. Todd was constantly available and extremely helpful for every home I potentially wanted to buy. On each potential home (and there were many) he wold run through the numbers with me. He was extremely through and honest. He answered every question I had quickly and never got frustrated with me even if I asked the same questions many times. Even once we got into escrow and started the loan process Todd never stopped looking for the best possible deal for me. Even right at the end Todd found a better interest rate and package for me and was willing to redo all the work and rush things through (as close was in a week) to save me on my interest rate. Something I would have never known about if he didn't bring it up.I truly cannot thank Todd and his team enough for all the hard work and for making the whole process that much easier. I would highly recommend Todd to my friends and family.
