These people are so excellent!I didn't find anyone even close! I had to clone a 2 TB hard drive onto an 8 TB hard drive and Tomas over. There was excellent. These guys are definitely the best people I found in the last 20 years for our business and Woodland Hills.He charged me a flat fee for the cloning, about 120 bucks, and the people I was speaking to before one they charge me $60 per half hour! The cloning would've taken about 10 hours!I also didn't feel good about these first guys in my gut, I got the same kind of tentative answers that I was getting from the geek squad at Best Buy in. It had very mixed results with them.In contrast, Tomas was completely clear and upfront, I knew exactly what he was talking about, and felt completely confident giving over precious data for my business to be closed. the job is done easily and on time, and he went out of his way even to bring it by! This team is definitely going to be my go to for anything to do with computers or electronics!

I was led to believe I was scheduled for a a "diagnosis" call on Tuesday. I was informed at 11:05 pm that they were now booked for that time. The whole thing is a scam.....

Thomas is top-notch. His expertise inspires confidence that any IT job will get done, especially when I know I am useless in this arena. I contacted him and unlike other companies, he responded lightning-quick and clearly communicated his procedural steps to resolve my complex IT issues, even taking extra effort to straight-talk with my ISP and VOIP vendors! In-person, he is absolutely approachable and the consummate professional. Many thanks Thomas for managing my current (and future!) tech needs.

I have had The Oaks technicians come to my home and install varies electronics over the last few years. I am always beyond satisfied and impressed with the knowledge and capabilities of troubleshooting Anything that may come up. I had to call Thomas the other day for help because I forgot my WiFi password HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OVER THE PHONE I can't say enough about this company. Thankful & Grateful

Reached out for an issue with my computer and received an immediate response, but when setting up an appointment it was back and forth and was told an appt was available today. So of course I drove 30 minutes to drop off my laptop, to then receive a message saying nobody was at the office. Complete waste of my time. Set up a system to set up appointments so customers don't have to go through this. I do not recommend this place.

I had a tech nightmare in December when my desktop and laptop both stopped working. Thomas diagnosed the problems reviewed my new lap top, and explained that my old lap top was a better lap top and he could fix it for much less. He helped me through the reloading process with a new hard drive for my desktop and saved me money by fixing the problems. When my printer stopped working at home he took the time to walk me through the steps necessary to connect to a new IP address and get me back to work quickly. They are top notch professionals with incredible knowledge of all things techy and they explain it calmly and clearly.

Thomas from The Oaks Computers & Technical Support came to adjust/fix our surround sound speakers which had horrible sound. Before a half hour passed, he figured out a main problem was the subwoofer cable; changed that and adjusted the other speakers. UNBELIEVABLY knowledgeable. Then he said since it took him less time, he would charge me half the time. I cannot believe such service and honesty, especially during this covid time, when so many appear to be angry. He was UPBEAT, service oriented and I know where I am calling for ANY computer problems in the future. THANK YOU!

Spent some time seeing who could replace my fans on my gaming laptop. But Tomas did a great job and quickly too. I had time to go get breakfast come back and it was replaced! Highly recommend for their quick response and turn around time.

Jay and Thomas saved me from the blue screen of death! On Thursday afternoon, with a deadline looming, my computer blue screened. By Monday, they had a new video card put into my computer and I was back in action! THANKS SO MUCH!
