Ok they rock here and now it needs to be five stars! Busy morning and in error my husband ordered at another location. He went to counter to explain and the lovely lady and another lady with cool multi colored hair said no problem and corrected the situation and made his coffee and breakfast with a smile. We just showed the phone and they went to work. This was so kind. Mine was ordered correctly and at right place and it was perfect. Great start to our morningWent this morning for drinks and a ham and cheese crossiant. It was barely 6am. The pastry was hot and we ate some while waiting for our coffees. We need caffeine today so we both had six shot drinks with 4 regular and 2 decaf we understand making 12 shots takes a few minutes. No problem. The drinks were fine and overall a decent experience. They have a drive through as well as we just walked in the pouring rain there. They were discussing who would make the drinks which was a little strange however. I enjoyed this Starbucks and would be back!Vegetarian options: Can get alternatives here without meat

Atmosphere is a bit tense, maybe because I was different. The older gentleman was nice. The girls seem to enjoy their conversations while customers are waiting to order. Not likely to return. Maybe Carl's Jr. coffee

Three stars for atmosphere is really not about the atmosphere. The place has a nice layout and the vibe is good for working or conversation. BUT — and this is not SB’s fault — internet connection on your own phone or other device is very bad. You would have to use the Starbucks Wi-Fi, which is, of course, not a secure way to access the Internet.Otherwise, if you don’t need to access the Internet, or if you don’t mind using Starbucks Wi-Fi, this is fantastic place to work.Everyone is super friendly, the place is clean, and there’s lots of workspace inside and out.Others may have different experience. But my wife and I have experienced bad connection here both on our Verizon plan and on our spectrum plan (although I believe spectrum uses Verizon towers, so maybe people with other providers have have a more “first-world”experience.)

I go to Starbucks almost daily all over the country. This is a bad one. Arrived early for my pickup and food was cold. There were two girls chatting and I asked them if I could get the food items heated up and they pointed to a guy across the room working the heater with his back to the room. It took several minutes to get his attention and he reheated them but now they were lukewarm. Got back and my girlfriend passed on the soggy food and noted they forgot the Stevia in her coffee. Complete lack of attention to detail and quality and a general lack of interest in their jobs by some of the people working there.

Two days in a row my husband ordered the Christmas Blonde and twice he was told it was not available after we already paid. Today it was explained that it's no longer offered after 11am (it was 11:30 when we placed our order). The team needs to tell people before money is taken if something is no longer offered because it's very bad customer service to tell someone after the fact, that what they want -- and have already paid for -- isn't available especially if they know an item is no longer offered after a certain time. I tried speaking with a manager today. She told me that it's company policy to leave signage saying it's available up even if none of the signage has the cut off time listed on it. Rather than finding a solution like having the staff explain it prior to taking payment, she just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. Do better Starbucks. Your customer service skills need work.

Beautiful and amazing staff! Friendly and happy. I saw one lady singing and working, it can't get any better than that. I genuinely felt great when I saw that. The place itself was clean and very organized.
