Always a pleasure walking into the Westlake
Village location which is so very organized and well stocked . The Team is so very welcoming and quick to ask if they can be of assistance! and always with a smile. The Team Cashier on the last visit was engaging, kind and very patient as he assisted me in downloading & signing-up for the Staples AP. I also received a substantial amount of points for the sign-up which was an added plus !!

Jake was extremely helpful today. There was a long line of people returning items to the UPS and Express counter. Jake treated each person with patience and respect. Many of us had mix ups with our orders and Jake helped each of us solve our problems. Other than that, the store prices seemed a bit high.

Printing customer service said they were too busy to help me print and it would have to be next day. It was not busy. And they were two people working. One guy was sarcastic and said he had alot of orders to print. Then I asked what time next day the guy said 8:30pm the next day which felt like a lie. 8:30pm was too late and I wouldn't be in the area anymore.

Had to do a quick ran to staples to get something for work, last minute the camera man ran out of memory lol. The gentleman at the cash register pointed me out to the direction needed, I didn't see any sales associates on the floor (that weren't busy with other costumers). Double confirmed that I got the right thing and was on my way out with the cashier that rang me out. Easy and simple.

Today I went to Staples to have them print out some journal pages for me. I can’t tell you how helpful Valerie was. She was very busy and greeted everyone waiting. She waited on multiple people at a time, to help everyone out. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my phone and she paged Cory who came to my rescue.He worked with my phone and was able to download the files and send them to Staples for Valerie to print. What an awesome staff they have at this Staples. Very helpful and very friendly. Thanks Staples!

A couple of weeks ago, I went in to this Staples location to pick up an online order that I had placed. When I went in, there was an issue and I was told my item hadn't arrived. Because I needed the item that day, I told the employee who was helping me, Victor, to cancel it. However, he was very patient, took his time, and asked for assistance from another employee to see why the item hadn't come. They eventually located my item (it had arrived), so I ended up getting it. Thank you Victor for your help and for your kindness, it made my experience pleasant
