everything devon is talking about is correct my buddys car was supposed to be a month job now been there for ages and he is never updated and when he is updated he says hes working on it but when he goes there its never even in the shop its constant lies about his car and its just frustrating he leaves the shops to go on trips and doesnt tell anyone and leaves all his work un attended and i also have another friend whos car is also there and its been there for months where the car was unlocked for months outside with stuff in the back and in the trunk

I called ST Performance after I bought my 4runner. It needed a few repairs including valve cover gaskets, front differential replacement and general maintenance. Adam (the boss) is a great man. I told him I needed it by a certain date and Sam and Adam worked day and night to make sure they got me on the road with a safe 4runner days before the due date. This was on just a few days notice and they made time for me even though they have other clientele to attend to.These are some of the hardworking and honest mechanics I have dealt with. That is why I will for sure be using them for all my cars and recommend anyone in the LA county or Ventura county to check out ST Performance.

Nothing ever really got done with 8 whole months of work, customer service is beyond terrible. They've been known by most to lie about working on the car when they aren't, and they leave cars out in the elements with windows down to get destroyed. For the most part they don't know what they're doing, especially if it isn't a new car, many of my parts were damaged by their negligence. Not even sure if they should be trusted with an oil change.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They got my blown fuel injector for my m235i done within a day, fast return and they give you honesty, which is hard to find and much appreciated. Came back a few months later for brakes and a bad coolant hose, which at the time didn’t know what was wrong with the car it was just smoking but they also got it taken care of within a day! Couldn’t be happier with my experience, these guys know what’s up!Services: Brakes
