Julie Fox is by far the most unprofessional worst agent Sotheby's could possibly have. She told me that because I rent I had no rights when it comes to living here in Camarillo Springs and then went on to accuse me of putting a sign on her car. I have lived here for 9 years and have never experienced anything like this. She absolutely lacks professional conduct.

This company is a complete joke...stay away. We completed a termite inspection 11 months ago and did not get paid for services rendered. Every time we called to get an update we got the good ole run-around. Finally after 11 months of BS and dealing with Annette & Kathy Farshidi and having to threaten a lawsuit to get paid I'm happy to say we finally got our paycheck. Now the harassing phone calls from the Agent Kathy Farshidi yelling about how she doesn't appreciate the fact that I called and threatened a lawsuit to her, her firm, and Manager Annette (who is in dire need of customer service training)....again this company is a joke and all buyers and sellers should move on to another office
