I couldn’t have made it walking 7 miles a day at a convention without Richard. He is amazing. Knows exactly what to do to get you back in shape! Just enough challenge. A lot of support!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Richard for two decades. Confidently, I have been working out with him consistently since 2006. Richard has a keen understanding of each individual client he works with and what their personal goals are. He listens to his clients and keep an open line of communication with them. His work outs are tailored to the individual, cognesant of their strengths and weaknesses. Richard balances out the body; he also assists with a person’s nutrition and helps formulate the perfect program to attain goals and achieve success, without injury nor frustration.

Had someone told me 7 weeks ago that I would be able to stand on my feet for 15 hours in a row without collapsing I would have laughed in their face. Well I did it last Saturday. It's all thanks to Richard Cordero's guidance and encouragement and of course my hard work. He is an amazing trainer! Thank you Richard for pushing me just hard enough. I have been training with Richard for a month and a half and I feel so much stronger my body shape is improving as are my posture and balance. I can't put a dollar value on my improved health and well being. Worth every cent. NICOLE

Unlike the other reviewer's, I don't always enjoy working out but I had to for health reasons. Richard was highly recommended to me six years ago and from the start I told him I needed a lot of encouragement. Richard is educated and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. He is great at listening to my concerns and developed a customized program exclusively for me which addressed my health issues yet kept each workout interesting and motivating. I felt strong and sexier after each session. Richard would modified each workout slightly and I started utilizing muscles that I didn't even know I had. It has been a fun journey with Richard!
