I absolutely love it here. It's a beautiful boutique with quality items. The staff is so nice and accommodating as well! Mostly nicer name brands here so expect prices to be in line with that. Come here if you're looking for quality, cute clothes that will last!

Siany is a special boutique! Randi is like a personal stylist every time I shop there! I really feel like I get one on one attention! Not to mention her clothes are beautiful, great quality and always presented perfectly! I can tell a lot of thought and love go into every aspect of this store! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough things about this lovely little boutique! The owner Randi has such a great eye and always goes the extra mile to help me put cute outfits together for me. Jess is a great stylist too and I really appreciate that they want me, the client to leave happy with my purchases, every time I wear them I feel so great. They have great jewelry and gifts and decor as well as Fashion. Its my go to place, I love supporting local female owned businesses. I never leave empty handed!

I am very impressed with their service. Very honest and customer service oriented. I appreciate the personal touch. I forgot my gift card at home and the owner let me call in with it. It's very hard to find service like this in small boutiques. I LOVE my swanky posh belt. Thank you Randi at Siany.

Little store, person working inside was friendly. Parking can be challenging at peak times in the little plaza. Saw a sign in the window that read, ' 40% off entire store'. So keeping that in mind I gathered a few items only to find out sale is misleading. Only items with a dot are 40% off, other items 'have already been marked down so are 20% off'. Now, if that's the case, indicate so in the window sign! No more of these misleading sales here for me. Now I know why only a couple of folks were in the store. Not worth the time.

I love Siany! It has been my favorite store since moving here from NY 2 years ago. The owner, Randi and every single saleswoman I've met have always been exceptionally helpful, friendly and honest. I never feel pressured to buy something. They carry a large variety of styles and price ranges and always have great sales!

I have worked for Siany and honestly the owners are awesome and very receptive to customers experiences. They most likely have not idea what the manager or employees did and therefore can't address it. Owners are great. Maybe employees are taking advantage.

I live in San Diego but my best friend lives in Westlake Village. We discovered Siany a few years ago and every time I go for a weekend visit I always have to stop in to see what's new. The clothes are hip, with a wide assortment of color, which I love, and the prices are very reasonable. Candles, jewelry, and accessories galore too! Love, love, love Siany!!!

I agree with the reviews regarding the customer service by the females who work there. Most times I have been there, they have people they know they are talking to about personal things , like their kids, or what they have going on that weekend etc. The overall vibe is snooty even though the merchandise is just ok (not that acting that way is EVER ok). I have been there several times out of convenience to pick something up for a gift. Most times at the register they are busy with something other than attending to the customer, unless you are their personal friend, don't say hi, quickly just ask you for your phone number and ring you up without really giving much friendly, warm eye contact. When you are shopping and looking at folded clothes on the tables, after you place it back down (I always try to re fold and try to be neat), someone comes up right after you and refolds it right in front of you, lol. As if they are annoyed that it was messed up after looking at it. Only out of convenience to find a quick gift rather than drive to the mall do I go in there. I never leave with a warm, welcoming feeling of wanting to come back and give them my money after I buy something. Snooty.
