Marissa is a talented and experienced hair stylist. I went in to get my hair cut/colored by her as a new client and she was flexible and accommodating of my busy schedule. She was very mindful of my preferences and helped me get the exact look I was going for. Would definitely recommend her to others!

I visited the salon for highlights and to reapply extensions that I originally got from another salon. Unfortunately the stylist reapplied my extensions wrong by using glue instead of tape, which you're only supposed to do if one falls out not on the whole head. She also used too much hair in each strip which caused it to form a bunch of knots. Strands were falling out with brushing within the first week and when I went to get them fixed the glue caused my hair to have breakage. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to leave a bad review but my hair was left damaged. I wish I would have been warned that the salon couldn't do the job instead of doing it wrong.

I love Cindi !!! I've been to so many salons and she is the best. My hair always looks amazing and she does my highlights beautifully ! Can't imagine ever going anywhere else. So happy I found her ! Can't recommend her enough.

Best Salon I've been going to for years! You can't go wrong with any of the styles here but the one whom I've used for many, many years is Cindi! Cut and Colors are AWESOME! I always get Complements after I've been in. My husband also goes in to see her! Great work!

My favorite place to be! You are literally greeted with a smile and a hug ! I feel like the girls at the salon are my friends and my family:) I love that the salon is humble and not huge and competitive. It's not so threatening when you walk in and any feelings of inadequacy seem to melt away! They're simply the best and I'd give them 100 stars if I could:)

I have been coming to Kylie for years and have always left extremely happy with my hair. I get compliments everywhere I go about how amazing her blonde that she does is. She is so talented at what she does she gets you in and out quickly so you can get to enjoying your day feeling fabulous! The salon is also so cute and just feels like home!

I have been coming to see Kylie at Serendipity for almost four years now. My hair has NEVER looked and felt better. She is an expert with blondes and she always turns my inspiration photos into reality! I have never been disappointed leaving. She also does such an incredible job with blending my roots that I only come in about 2-3 times a year because it grows out so beautifully. Can not recommend Kylie enough!

I love Kylie. She is so good with color. She is quick and very reasonably prices for her services. She has fun personality and is pretty entertaining. Her coworkers are nice from what I can tell and I love that it is a locally owned salon.

This place feels comfortable, laid back yet professional. I've often been intimidated at salons but I felt welcome and cozy here. Kylie did my color and cut and rocked it! My mousie dull color was transformed into a beautiful bouquet of blonde. Kylie is awesome! I can't recommend Serendipity enough. Oh, and you get coffee in a real mug, just like at home. I love the decorations in there as well. A great experience.

Just moved to the area and was in desperate need of what I am going to call a "hair lift." It had been way too long since my last hair cut and I needed someone to give my hair some "life." I found this place on yelp and even with so many great reviews- I was still beyond surprised with the level and quality of service.
