DO NOT BUY GIFT CARD FROM THERE.
My sister got my wife a gift card for a 100$ and I just scratched it to use it. It was 0 balance. And Sephora said it was used online on different transactions. I asked them to provide me with the locations of where those transactions where gone, they refused and said they're is nothing we can do. How could they know the number and I did not scratch the card yet. So either it's the sale person at wallgreen who have access to see it when he sweep. Or Sephora are theives...

If I could give no stars I would. Mandy could not have been more unpleasant, rude and unwilling to actually have a conversation!
I will never shop at this Sephora ever again. It is still difficult for me to comprehend that Sephora would allow someone like Mandy to be in a leadership role. Hard to imagine that Mandy is a manager. I feel sorry for the employees who work under her. My experience was that they run you in circles, you have to do their work, when its their responsibility to clarify and make things right. Their response was "Honey this is not my first rodeo". Apparently it is was. You could literally put anybody in Mandy's position and have a better experience. Shame on Sephora for allowing a manager with such a ugly attitude.

Upon entering the establishment, I sought an item to conceal a visible bruise on my visage. I was cordially received, and a knowledgeable staff member promptly approached me to offer their assistance. Their expertise proved invaluable, as they adeptly guided me to the appropriate merchandise to meet my needs. With their assistance, I was able to quickly procure what I required and depart the premises.

Went on a busy Sunday to get color matched. They were quick to help, wonderful, and honest. They recommended a different brand of foundation to try after the brand I originally wanted tried didn't have the right shade for my skin/undertone. They weren't rushed and took their time and made sure I was in good lighting to really see if the foundation matched me perfectly. Makeup by Mario Surreal Skin Liquid Foundation ended up working great with my olive undertone. :)

Victoriia exceeded my expectations! She did well with color matching and giving me a look I loved. I was nervous because I saw another brown skinned girl in an adjacent chair and was thinking they probably don’t get much of us up here in downtown Seattle but my look came out great. She was also really friendly. The store was clean and nice as well.

I love Sephora but this particular location in Westlake Village is my least favorite. I live in Westlake Village but will drive to the TO mall for furture Sephora purchases. Very frustrating that I cannot shop or browse in peace at this store. I always get accosted by VERY aggressive salespeople as soon as I enter the store. It's annoying and rude. I literally walked out today after 5 different salespeople bombarded me with questions within 90 seconds of entering the store. I was minding my own business, wanted to look around and purchase my favorite Tom Ford fragrance -- but left without buying a thing due to their annoying sales tactics. I NEVER get accosted like this at other Sephora retail locations so will just have to make my purchases online or drive to TO moving forward.

Tonight I took a trip to this location in search of a new translucent powder. Unfortunately, I was met with a low stock and an even lower quality of staff. Not only do they bombard you trying to make their bonus by assisting you, but when you actually need help they have attitudes. This isn't the first time I've been dissatisfied with this store's service, but it's located near the stores I typically shop at so I tend to come here when I need products. The location in The Oaks is significantly better than this one, not only because of their actual variety of items but because their staff doesn't seem like they're being held against their will. One particular employee, Trevor, stood out to me tonight as they were making their negativity and boredom with their job everyone else's problem by acting exasperated and surly. This isn't to say that the rest of the employees are any better though. Perhaps I would be crabby if I worked long hours at a beauty store at their grown age too. Xoxo, Suki Dubs!

Posting this using my husbands account. I don’t know much about makeup and was pretty lost/overwhelmed (so many options) when I entered the store. Heather (I think that was her name) was so awesome!! I told her what I was searching for and she gave me the exact options I was looking for - it is was more like a personal shopper experience. Some of the best customer service I have ever had. Actually made shopping fun. I hope this store owner knows they are very lucky to have some wonderful, caring employees.

I gave one extra star because one staff member said hello .but..they were out of the product I needed, of course they were, but it probably was not the first time. If you know your customer is shelling out $60 for Christian Dior you best have it or I won't be back. If you know you sell a lot of one thing then ordered up on it. It was busy but you know how it is, when people get busy they get attitudes and don't want to help. They don't have MAC here..so two items not here

Trash! I used to get my makeup done by Sephora in San Diego for YEARS! Never did I ever have a bad makeup artist. However now they are all TERRIBLE! Went in again just a few weeks ago to try out a different location and was very disappointed with the outcome! It was so bad I took it all off and walked out! Idk if these girls haven't been trained properly or ppl are just ok with terrible makeup sessions. I would highly recommend NEVER coming here for a full face of makeup! STAY AWAY!

I don’t know much about makeup and I always get a little self conscious asking for help when I need to get new products. Stacey was an ANGEL. She was so kind and helpful, and did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted (which I DEFINITELY wouldn’t have figured out by myself). Really fantastic service.
