I am still waiting to receive my payment for my 9MM Springfield , Mrs Joan contacted me more than two months ago and she promised to send me the payment or at least ship it back to me due Mr. Jacob is sick and then she never call again. Trying to reach out to them or to her daughter with no luck.

A service appointment was made and due to a mistake from the office they did not show up during the scheduled window of time. Instead of apologizing the owner was aggressive, defensive and rude. Mistakes can happen however it is the responsibility of the owner to take responsibility for it and apologize. Horrible experience.

I bought a springfield gun 9mm + laser pinter and never used it, and had to leave California for work so, I asked Jack to re sell it for me as I cannot take it with me and never used it, He confirmed and give it to them since April 2019 and so far I never received my money and they kept telling is not sold yet and now tried to call them the phone it out of service.

It has various addresses (Westlake and Newbury Park), no website, and so no way to see what guns it has available and at what prices. Why bother to waste time visiting it, though the Conejo Valley seems limited, if not void of a good gun store.

Mark at Carlson was able to diagnose and fix the microwave in our Kitchenaid oven/microwave combo, apparently known for being notoriously difficult to repair. Two other local repair businesses refused to work on the product, one indicated it would be a two man job and the other even referred us over to Carlson. Mark came over and knew exactly what he was doing. He was familiar with the product and understood the difficulty in pulling out the oven combo and even had a special platform to do it as a one-person job. Mark seems to be a very experienced technician, not like those fresh out of school technician you get when calling one of those corporate appliance repair businesses. Even though it was expensive to repair, I felt the amount charged was reasonable and certainly less expensive than buying a new microwave/oven combo.

Mark is the best! I bought a new over the range microwave oven from him and he installed it. The support bracket in the rear wasn't going to fit my granite backsplash, so he took it home and modified it. I was installed the next day, all right and tight. I will continue to use Carlson All Appliance for all my repair needs!

I read the one-star reviews and I am surprised. Mark has repaired some of my appliances. I also bought a washer from him. I have always gotten good, honest service. I highly recommend him. He goes the extra mile and tries to educate me as to what went wrong and why. As to his parts being expensive, I don't know. I do know he has to make a living. If you get a part on Amazon and have him install it, he can't be expected to warranty the part. That is how it is with plumbers, electricians, etc. You may pay less for the part on Amazon or ?, but it could come back to bite you on the hinny. That has happened to me pre Mark. I will continue to call him for appliance repair and also to recommend him.

Both employees, Jack and Joan, were very friendly and kind people. I love my Mosin Nagant M91/30 I bought from them. I will continue to do business with them in the future!
EDIT: Bought a second one from them, most beautiful rifle I've ever seen! Go to this shop for excellent service.
