Been going to him over 10 years now, and I've never had a bad experience. Staff is cool, Israel is professional and considerate with my styling needs, and he does it all with a smile on his face (check out his Instagram @israelmasterstylist). I got the BEST hair cut I've had in YEARS from Mara Marie at this salon. She asked what I wanted and actually listened, something I've found to be quite rare among hair stylists. The salon is very clean and very pleasant to be in. However, it has moved over to the Hampshire Business Park in Westlake Village. You should probably call first for the exact address.

Israel is my hair stylist and unlike normal hair stylists he actually listens to you and makes suggestions to better your choice of cut or color. His assistant Danny is really sweet and blew my hair out perfectly! This salon is a nice little secret amongst the more corporate hair salons around town!

Lalo is the best ever. Highly recommended for color , cut and consistent grey upkeep. You will feel comfortable in his chair as he is a sweet soul. I love me some Lalo! Never disappoints and is accommodating.

I have been going to Israel for almost 4 years now. I fell in love with the salon because he turned a vision to life when I first went to him, but all visits after that things slowly started going down hill. I could tell he cared less and less about me loving my hair every time I'd go in, he would charge me ridiculously high prices for a mediocre job and I often had to go back and fix things a couple days later. The last time I went to him he absolutely botched my hair. I didn't even have it in my to go back and fix it. He rushed through my hair, didn't do anything I asked for and still charged me more than what he should have. I wanted balayage and all I left with were orange stripes in my hair. Super disappointing to say the least. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is for his incredible assistants who were always so kind and did a great job styling my hair afterwards.

Israel is absolutely incredible at what he does. I came in in a pickle and he helped me out and transformed my hair into the most beautiful and healthy hair I've ever had. He was so sweet and for the first time in my life I felt comfortable to ask questions and tell him what I did and did not like. The vibe of the studio is welcoming, supportive, and clean. And on top of all of that he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The price was so reasonable and I genuinely enjoyed the experience so much. If you are looking for a stylist or a haircut you will not regret coming here. 38292728/10

I've loved Israel for years, been going for over 10 years. However something's changed. It takes me 3-5 times to get someone to return my outreach just to get a hair appointment, taking weeks. And recently, they've just stopped responding as we tried to figure out a time that worked best what with my work schedule. Who does that? I hope whatever is going on, they can figure it out and start valuing their customers.

My "go to" place for haircut. Israel does great mens haircuts. And my wife likes this place as well. Prices are reasonable for the good quality work.

Brian is an insane Master Colorist. He knows his stuff. Everyone always asks me who does my hair. I always see different ethnicities in his chair too. He truly knows what to do with all hair types and he loves it. I can't say enough about him except make an appt with him. Its also an amazing small salon with great energy in Westlake Village. I love going to get my hair done. Great Job Brian and Salon Coronado.

Israel knows what’s up! I’m very picky when it comes to cutting my hair lol. But I trust Israel 100% he is a true artist. I just came back from cutting my long hair into a short hairdo and it turned out amazing!! Thank you again!
