Bought and sold a home in 2011 in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320.Ryan Wharton helped me to both sell my house and purchase a second house. Through the whole process which took over 1.5 years, Ryan was the perfect Real Estate Professional. Sale of the house - His style is advisory instead of pushy, it felt like he had our best interest in mind versus trying to sell and move on. He went above and beyond doing open houses, Realtorcaravans, and being available to show the property with minimal notice. I felt he brought all offers to the table and let us decide - peppered with his knowledge and experience - allowing us to make good quality decision. Purchase - after our house sold - Ryan worked very hard to get us into our new house. He knew the area we wanted and the type of house we wanted. I was very particular about things I didn't want in or around my new house. Many houses got kicked out or were not acceptable after we toured the property. Of the houses we did find, we were aggressive on the purchase price. Ryan was there each time we asked, showing us properties (usually after hours), and working hard for us. I truly think that using Ryan to either sell your house or purchase a new house is the ONLY way to go. His style of sales, the expertise he brings to the table, the hard work that he unflinchingly performs, and his professional touch make him one of the better Real Estate Salespersons out there.

Ryan was recommended to me by a friend, and he is AMAZING. He guided me through, and educated me, on every minuscule detail (that I was curious about understanding) during my entire shopping and purchase process. When I had first started looking at properties, I was unsure of my price range, nor if I wanted a single family home vs. condo. Ryan was patient and spent time showing me all properties I was a interested in seeing (and more). He explained what to look for and what to avoid in properties, and taught me how to make sure I knew what I was buying (and its fair value). He was always available to me, and happily answered all of my questions (even when I repeatedly asked the same ones over and over). My boyfriend also repeatedly commented on what a great realtor Ryan is, and how he had wished he had been the one to have helped with his home purchase! I recommend Ryan 1,000%!!!! He is the BEST!!!

Ryan is amazing! I just had him help me with my rental property! I have never worked with someone that has truly cared about making me happy as much as Ryan! I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan on a connected transaction and what turned out to be a simultaneous closing in CA and AZ He was my buyers' agent for selling their home in CA. The buyers on their CA house were delayed in closing and ended up closing day before their house in AZ was set to close. Ryan stayed in close contact with the CA buyers lender/realtor and kept me updated in AZ. Given the potential for an AZ closing delay, Ryan was able to keep communication flowing and our AZ closing was able to proceed. I'd fully recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell their CA home in his area. He is very professional and competent and understands the importance of continuous and accurate communication.
