There isn't a single quest diagnostics with over a 3 star rating that I've seen. Currently, I'm sitting at one waiting to drop off a sample for the 2nd day and there is 1 single employee working by herself (god bless her.) The business model in this place is similar to the hospital in the movie "Idiocracy."

I made an appointment in advance, input my insurance, etc online. I was in and out in under 30 min. My appointment was for 950a, I checked in on the kiosk at 940a, scanned my license and insurance card, I was done and in my car by 957p. Very kind staff. I made sure to drink lots of water and fasted to be prepared for all tests.

It was a great experience. I’m so happy I went when it wasn’t busy because I was a walk in. The place is very clean and organized. Easy check in and the staff is very friendly. I was amazed at how easy the blood draw was. I did not feel any discomfort whatsoever. I wish I remembered your name you were absolutely amazing. Thank you

Love the app & online portal. Techs are super good. Super nice. Clean office & labs. Very professional. --- Quick and easy to scan insurance docs. --- Not sure why the bad ratings. But this Quest office is A++++

Please choose a lab who are bit human and understand people cominf for tests are unwell and not there for fun. People need to take theor medication if only the staff there have little amount of empathy.They will enjoy chats and serve 0 people then take 5 mins to draw someones blodd.Horrible!!!!
