If I could give this company/crew zero stars I would. The crew that came out to my house was extremely unprofessional. One man walked in and said he could not work with cats (although I had already informed the company I had animals) and made a call to his company stating there was feces all over my floor. The crew left without doing anything and I got charged $5,000 for no work performed. After rescheduling, the crew came back out to my house and complained the whole day about being there. The crew packed up half my house and left the rest. The destination company had to pay someone else to haul the rest of my household goods to Bend (3 hours away) to be shipped. This is absolutely the worst moving company I have ever encountered and I do not recommend using them!

Don't make the same mistake I did and go with this company. They're not a moving company, as they repeatedly claim, they're of course a broker. As soon as the first deposit is paid, you're left in the dark - and you best believe their timeframes for pick up are WAY off. Friday 3 PM becomes Saturday 11 AM (If you're lucky). On top of that, they will 100% damage your items. We got away with 1 broken tv (which they wrapped in our materials since they ran out of supplies), and all wooden furniture had dragging scratches. They don't give a flying f*** how the work is executed, as long as they get their money. I'd like to put weight on - you Will be left in the dark. I moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles. They will pick up your belongings and take it to a warehouse (which in our case was in Vegas, 20 mins from our residence) and they took 8 days from pick up day to delivery to our house. The reason it was 8 days and not 80, was because I thankfully got the warehouse address from the mover when they picked up our stuff, so I conveniently could go get my morning coffee, and head over to the warehouse and yell at these incompetent imbeciles to deliver our things. For people having gone through this company and wonder where there things are - I can tell you they're most likely sitting in the warehouse I went to. Biggest warehouse I've ever seen, with peoples things stacked 30ft tall for hundreds of feet along the warehouse. Good luck getting your things if you move West to East coast with this company. And best believe all your things will show up completely destroyed at that point. You obviously, same as I, decide to go with a moving company to avoid stressing over it. So do yourself a favor and don't go with this company. Wish I thoroughly read reviews before I did. They have multiple business names and countless of lawsuits against them. Beware.

This company in Las Vegas NV contracted with me for a move from CA to AZ - they took my money and never showed up. I will be seeing them in small claims court and have filed a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau. Please DO NOT use Prestige Moving and Storage - they are a SCAM!!!!

Where do I even begin to describe the terrible customer service on the part of the dispatch unit? The booking agent was very helpful and set up a pickup for a Friday / Saturday. I waited around all day Friday for a phone call from the dispatcher to let me know what time the drivers would pick up my furniture. I was told they would show up on Saturday. Nope. I waited around on Saturday for a phone call and finally got one from the dispatcher telling me the driver was sick and they would send out a different driver on Sunday. Nope. I waited around all day on Sunday, and finally called to find out that the pickup would happen on Monday. Nope. I called the main number instead of the dispatch number and cancelled my contract. I was told I would get a full refund, which was good because I had already submitted a claim to my credit card company to get the full amount of the deposit. I let the booking agent know that the dispatcher with whom I spoke had been rude and that I had been given the total runaround. I also mentioned that Yelp reviews I saw after I had opened the contract were terrible and that it was a shame the dispatch unit had cost itself another customer.

They do not deserve even 1 star. We called the movers and told them about every item we had and was given a price of $1350. We then moved to our desired location, and throughout the trip and even days after arrival they keep delaying the moving date with some terrible excuse. We had to live with no beds, furniture, and other things for days. Later we finally argued with them enough to convince them to actually do the job we paid them to do. They then came and said we have to pay more because there are more items than they expected, EVEN THOUGHT WE TOLD THEM EVERYTHING. We then cancelled the move and they are now keeping our money for doing nothing at all. They just called underestimated our move on purpose, got paid and didn't do anything. Please do not come to these guys for moving. I recommend these guys if you want to literally argue with them, hear excuses everyday, and have them steal your money. My mother is literally breaking apart from all the stresses of moving along with being a single mother. I have never hated anyone more in my life than this fraud scummy terrible company.

LOOK OUT!!!! CROOKS!!! SHOWED UP LOADED THEN WOULD NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD AS AGREED. BEGAN UNLOADING. MY LAWYER CALLED THEM AND THEY AGREED TO MOVE IT, BUT THE $4K JOB WAS NOW $8K, CASH. I HAD NO CHOICE. LOTS OF DAMAGE AND LOST ITEMS. TOOK THEM TO ARBITRATION AND WON, BUT THEY WOULD NOT PAY. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES LIARS AND WILL RIPE YOU OFF!!!
